I had my garage door replaced by Precision Door about 3 years ago. The technician who installed it was polite, knowledgeable and was wonderful in explaining what he was doing and why. The door started having closing issues this past week, so I called them - the technician, Taylor, came out the very next day, communicating with me when he was on his way and another text when he arrived. Precision sent me a text with Taylor's picture so I could make sure it was a technician from their company. Taylor listened to the issue and went to work. He had the door adjusted within 30 minutes, and didn't hesitate to explain to me what had been the issue. The adjustment was covered under my warranty, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them!!

Precision Doors installed an Electric Garage door opener on my garage. They came the day after I requested service. Installed the opener in less than one hour. Explained how it worked, Had me open and close it. Very efficient and friendly installer.

In 2021 Precision of DE installed our " LiftMaster" garage door opener. Until recently the opener has worked well. Recently the Garage door open would not stay closed and would bounce back open. So I did the basic check to make sure the sensors were not blocked nor the door track nor any other mechanical element. Unfortunately there was no obvious issue for this homeowner and no immediate solution. I called Precision Door of Delaware, the original installers, and Ashley set me up with an appointment for the next day !!! Remarkable and appreciated. A very polite and informative technician, Matthew came and resolved the issue quickly. He discussed/ informed me about various aspects of the LiftMaster warranty and their Precision garage door service company. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them! My finders are crossed that the operation of the Lift Master's problem was solved! Matthew, of course, said if a problem re-surfaced to call them back!

I had to call you folks to fix my control box which would not allow me to open the garage door. This past January 2026 I had to invest in a new garage door opener which is a Genie. I purchased the top of the line with a lifetime warranty which is the way to go if you should have a problem down the line. Yesterday, the door would not open with the new control box that was installed in January 2026. I called Precision explained my situation and they came today to fix the problem. Tim Strauss was the Technician who replaced the control box and made sure it was up and running. I really appreciated the fast response and very courteous.

My experience was exactly like all the positive reviews I have read. After making the appointment ( which was actually next day ) I received confirmations and the tech called when on his way. Bob Strauss showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. I have seen Precision Door advertised thru social media and Television but never had a need until recently. I had heard a grinding noise recently and scheduled Precision Door. While the grinding noise had went away it was a good thing I kept the appointment. The Technician identified frayed balance cables which would have broken very soon. The Technician performed a thorough inspection, explained his findings and provided me 4 cost options to address the issue. On top of that, all parts were stocked on the service van and he was immediately ready to repair the door. This is how all visits with repair service should be. Know your craft and work the problem efficiently. The Technician (Taylor) was well prepared, knowledgable, and equipped. Great work by Precision and Taylor. Will certainly use again.

No luck. after month of struggling with it I called Precision. I got an appointment for the following day. Jorge called in advance as promised, showed up within the promised time frame and quickly accomplished the task. I am impressed and thrilled.

Service technician was nice, but the price quoted was premium pricing for a midrange job. No free estimates, you have to pay $75 for and estimate then get overpriced quote. Precision, you really need to do better. Shameful
