Rob T came out to my home today and it was one the best experiences I've had with a tech. My garage door has been having issues for over a year now. I had over 3 techs come out and all they wanted to do was upcharge me on services that were not needed. Rob took the time out to show me exactly what was needed to get the job done with no hassle. This is how you do business. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again Precision and Rob T for your fast and efficient service.

Came home on Saturday night after dinner and I had to crawl under the door which opened about a foot. One of the torsion springs had broken. Scheduled a repair for today with Precision Garage Door. The tech named Rob called and said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. Very personable, polite, and thorough with his analysis and estimates. He have everthing resolved in about 45 minutes. Very pleased..

The torsion spring on our garage door snapped, and I called Precision Garage Door to come and undertake the repairs. I had seen their trucks in our neighborhood before this on various occasions and read reviews ahead of time (just in case I ever needed them). Suddenly I needed someone, so PGD was the first I called. Matthew Taylor was the technician and he was polite, responsive to questions, and listened. He heard me talk about how noisy the door had been before the spring snapped, and proceeded to walk me through the reasons why that could be. We ended up getting some additional parts replaced along with the springs, and I must say the end result is wonderful. The garage door seems so quiet now compared to before. So much better. Great job and thanks to Matthew for the very pleasant interaction. I actually learned a lot about the mechanics of garage doors and that always helps. I know who I am calling next time I need garage door work.

Called and got a same day appointment with a window of 2:00-4:00. After calling to let me know he'd be about 30 minute late, the technician didn't show up around 6:00 PM. The repair was more extensive than expected and he gave me a few estimates that were significantly overpriced and presented in a confusing way. Ultimately I went with another company that did a great job and was about 1/3 the price. Update: received a call from Precision after the review and they took the feedback and seemed genuinely interested in making things right. It's possible I just got the wrong tech on the wrong day.

Every company should have an employee like Matthew Taylor. When our garage door opener motor broke, Matthew was at my house by noon that day. He did a super job quickly and went over in detail about the features of our new opener. He was truly professional and I wish all service people were as competent as Matthew. You have a great employee, don't lose him.

Very fast response to my online scheduling appointment. Tech arrived within 2 hours. Accurate online tracking system on where the tech is and ETA on arrival. Matt assessed the problem and made additional recommendations to prolong the life of operating parts that make the garage dor open and close. I thought the repair prices were high but I liked the 5 year warranty on parts and labor

Precision was the only garage door repair company to answer their phone when I called on a Saturday. They scheduled me immediately for the following day and gave me an idea of their pricing. I called Precision today about a squeaky noise that the garage door just began making. They were able to send someone same day! My technician Bob Strauss was great. He identified the problem, made an adjustment and oiled it and no more noise. He was polite and kind.
