Came home on Saturday night after dinner and I had to crawl under the door which opened about a foot. One of the torsion springs had broken. Scheduled a repair for today with Precision Garage Door. The tech named Rob called and said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. Very personable, polite, and thorough with his analysis and estimates. He have everthing resolved in about 45 minutes. Very pleased..

Rob T came out to my home today and it was one the best experiences I've had with a tech. My garage door has been having issues for over a year now. I had over 3 techs come out and all they wanted to do was upcharge me on services that were not needed. Rob took the time out to show me exactly what was needed to get the job done with no hassle.
