I had to call you folks to fix my control box which would not allow me to open the garage door. This past January 2026 I had to invest in a new garage door opener which is a Genie. I purchased the top of the line with a lifetime warranty which is the way to go if you should have a problem down the line. Yesterday, the door would not open with the new control box that was installed in January 2026. I called Precision explained my situation and they came today to fix the problem. Tim Strauss was the Technician who replaced the control box and made sure it was up and running. I really appreciated the fast response and very courteous.

The person that came to replace the electric door opener, and remotes was very good. He understood what I needed, accomplished the work in good time and I am satisfied with his service. The old garage door opener was oner 40 years old.

Every company should have an employee like Matthew Taylor. When our garage door opener motor broke, Matthew was at my house by noon that day. He did a super job quickly and went over in detail about the features of our new opener. He was truly professional and I wish all service people were as competent as Matthew. Precision was the only garage door repair company to answer their phone when I called on a Saturday. They scheduled me immediately for the following day and gave me an idea of their pricing. Tim called to ask if he could come 30 minutes early, which was great! He was friendly, professional, and efficient.
