Purchased a new belt drive opener in January 2026. Fast forward to October 2026 and outdoor keypad entry no longer functioned. Ran through reset procedures but nothing worked. Program light kept flashing after entry. Tim came out and diagnosed system board in motor unit was probably bad. He replaced the board and reprogrammed the keypad entry and both remotes. Now everything works as it should and there was no charge for repair as it was covered under warranty! Tim originally installed the door opener and was professional and very easy to work with both times. Thank you Tim and Precision Garage Door Service for your excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

I contacted Precision for an issue with the springs on my door opener. An associate, Rich A. arrived and immediately determined the issue. He corrected the issue very quickly. I chose Precision from your online ad and from my next-door neighbor's recommendation. It was so easy to book the appointment and a technician was scheduled for the next day. I was able to choose the time convenient for me. Fito Louis was the technician who arrived for the appointment. He called to say he would be early if that was okay with me. I was given text messages about his arrival and a picture of who to expect. Fito was very friendly and informative. Unfortunately, my garage opener could not be fixed and since it was 20 years old, a replacement was recommended. He went over all my choices and I chose one. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Fito explained all the new remotes and even programmed my car. He gave me his card and said to call him with any problems since he is now familiar with what was done. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing this type of service. M.O'Brien

I had a problem with our garage door opener. I immediately called Precision Garage Door of Delaware, who I've used in the past, because I've always been satisfied with their service. They immediately set me up with an appointment that same afternoon. The Tech called before he came to let me know when he was a short distance away. He wasn't able to diagnose why the door would open half the time and not close. I had a twenty-seven year old opener that had seen its better day. The Tech had new garage door openers with him and went over the differences with me of each one. We selected the one we wanted, and the Tech had it installed in just over an hour. Our Tech was sharp and knowledgeable and did a great job. I will continue to use Precision Garage Door of Delaware.
