Ron Hunt was our door installer. He was on time, explained the process and worked in the hot summer temps. Very personable, and gave an overview of the door once installed and explained the maintenance needed. Trevor did an excellent job explaining what was needed to repair garage door. He did the work in a timely manner. I was so happy to call in the morning and have the garage door fixed by 1:00 the same day. Communication with company was excellent. Would highly recommend Precision.

Woke up to a garage door problem. Tried some quick fixes. No luck. Wound up calling Precision and Ron Hunt was here in 75 minutes on a Saturday. No extra fee for the weekend. He assessed the situation. We talked options and pricing. He got to work and had the repair completed in an hour (springs, cables, drum bearings). Well use Precision again without hesitation.

Our garage door has not been working well for the past week- but today, on a Saturday, it does not want to close- we called Precision and they sent someone out within an hour. Thankyou Eric, for being so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and very efficient! Within an hour you were able to repair and replace the parts that now open and close our garage door with ease! We know we can depend on a company that is reliable!

I made an appointment to have my garage door serviced late one afternoon. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning at 10 AM. My technician, Eric, arrived on time. He could not have been more professional, or more courteous. He explained all of the work that needed to be done on my door in detail, and how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the work exactly within the timeframe he had stated, and thanked me for my business. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism!

Richard was terrific. I received a text with his name a picture and approximate arrival time. I also received a phone call from him to verify my order and to tell me how far away he was. He was extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job would definitely recommend Precision and Rick to my neighbors, especially since its a new development and the homes didnt come with openers.

Called Precision yesterday, broken spring and other items. They responded immediately, assessed the issues and proposed an appropriate solution. Today, I have a like new door with all new working parts. Quiet, modern, and a very nice camera/app to monitor usage and remote management. Eric was phenomenal and very helpful. Set everything up and walked me through everything. Not rushed and very thorough. Definitely recommend.
