Our garage door gearing failed and I was quickly a le to set up an appointment for an onsite evaluation within 24 hours, and Eric the technician was thorough and fully explained the issues in a concrete concise manner. His workmanship was excellent and the job was done in about two hours with a total rebuild and new motor. He explained all the new features fully and made the entire process enjoyable, if replacing your garage door mechanism ever could be!

First time experience at this place.Process of getting appointment on the same day was fantastic. Technician Trevor Kalista arrived on schedule, diagnosed the problem and gave options in repairing door. Trevor was very open to questions that we had and explained each step of making the repairs and the process and setup of the control box and other hardware associated with the installation. Would HIGHLY recommend Trevor for any installation that's needed

We purchased our Precision Garage Door in October 2019 and have never had a problem. All of a sudden, we could open it but it would stop 1/3 of the way down when closing. Trevor and Vito came by this afternoon, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed it with a full explanation. The light that tracks objects that could block the door from closing was slightly out of alignment, and the green light was off. Now we know how to rectify this should it ever happen again.
