We were very pleased that you had availablity to come to our home on July 3, the day after our garage door broke. Our installer, Trevor, was wonderful and was very effiicient. Unfortunately, the garage door opener that was installed was defective and stopped working within 24 hours. We placed a call on the 4ht of July and was able to get Trevor back to the house on July 5th. He determined that the unit was defective and replaced it for us. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic for the situation. Overall, we were very pleased with your service and would absolutely recommend your company. We purchased our Precision Garage Door in October 2019 and have never had a problem. All of a sudden, we could open it but it would stop 1/3 of the way down when closing. Trevor and Vito came by this afternoon, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed it with a full explanation. The light that tracks objects that could block the door from closing was slightly out of alignment, and the green light was off. Now we know how to rectify this should it ever happen again.
