I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

Tier-1 level support! I was truly impressed by the Precision Door technicians, namely Brendan and Richard, who removed our two original garage doors and replaced them with the highest-quality Olympiad premium doors. They were absolutely professional, courteous, timely, and exceptionally efficient. Brendan even set up my phone app afterwards to ensure I was fully-connected and took time with me to ensure I understand and could perform semi-annual maintenance by ensuring the rollers were properly lubricated. Precision exceeded my expectations with exceptional customer service, rapid response time, and the kind of personal attention I dont see too often. Id like to personally thank the team that answered my call for an estimate, Rich, who came out to perform the estimate, and everyone else who sped this process along to an outstanding delivery and installation. Precision Garage Door came in yesterday and installed a new motor and pully system for our garage. They were great. Very professional. Our technician Bob Strauss was the best. Very efficient and helpful both during the estimate and during the installation. I would highly recommend them.

My service call was answered promptly and Eric the technician came out the next day. I received multiple emails and texts in stating who my tech was, a picture and his number. He called prior to getting to my location and I received a follow up email after he left. Delivery of a new garage door was about a week since it was stock. Wry happy that I found Precision!

Trevor did an awesome job repairing my garage door. He was very competent and knowledgeable. He troubleshot it and repaired it quickly. He also pointed out issues that may come up in the future since the doors are over 20 years old. Also they came out within a few hours of me calling.
