Precision Garage Door of Delaware was excellent. I had an issue yesterday (9/9/26) and sent a message to them and they responded within what seemed like minutes. I was able to get an appointment on 9/10/26 which what great considering my door was inoperable. I received an email when the technician was on the way and one when he arrived, on time I may add. The technician, Tim Strauss was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and also some suggestions. When decisions were made Tim got right to it and performed the work. Tim was very informative, I asked him quite a few questions and he was very courteous and receptive. Precision deserves the five star rating and I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

Our garage door came off the track on a Tuesday night and could not open or close. I called Precision at 11:30 p.m. and talked to a bright, professional, young woman who scheduled us for service the very next morning (Wednesday). Jesse came out, evaluated our problem, and gave us several options to solve the issue. He was straightforward and knowledgeable. Instead of a repair that would have only put off further serious problems, we ordered a new door. We can’t wait for it to be installed. Based on our experience with Precision so far, we are confident that the end result will be 100% safe and a beautiful replacement for what was a ticking time bomb.

Our double garage door would not open. Eric Bartow diagnosed the issue very quickly and saw that our belt was wearing out/dry rotted and strongly recommended we replace the garage door opener (it was 23 years old). He checked out our existing single door opener and noticed that the belt was also dry rotted. He installed new openers on both doors and we are extremely happy with them! Eric was able to remove the old openers and install the new openers very quickly - he was obviously very experienced with anything related to garage doors and openers! Eric was also very professional and courteous (very similar to my past experience with garage door repairs from the other Precision Door technicians in the past). I also appreciate how Precision Door clearly communicates the appointment time window, the technicians always call/text when they are on the way to my house and they send a picture of the technician as well! They clearly have a well run/managed business and I will continue to use them for all my garage door needs in the future! Glen

I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.
