We had a garage door installed 5 years ago by Precision. Installation was a breeze. Fast forward to this past weekend my wife had noticed a grinding sound coming for one side of the door. I was surprised because I keep the door lubricated to keep it moving freely. I contacted Precision and spoke with Ashley. After reviewing all of the paperwork, Taylor, one of Precision's techs, was at our house the next afternoon in the slotted time allowed. Taylor listened about our issue and he got to work. There was an issue with a left bearing support that needed to be adjusted and reinforced. Taylor also verified the total operation of the door as well. When he was done we found there wasn't any charge for the service due to the parts coverage and warranty. Tyalor was spot on, friendly, and knowledgable. This is why I would highly recommend Precision for all of you garage door needs. You don't find a quaility company like Precision around much anymore. Many thanks to The Precision Team.

Today was the second time I have used Precision Garage door service in the past two years. If I was not pleased with the service the first time, I would not have called for the second service. The service representative, Matthew Taylor, was on time, very professional and diagnosed the issue with my garage door right away. He did not try to pressure me to use his company to fix the issues but assured me that if I decided to use their company to fix the issues with the garage door, they would be more than happy to help. We were very pleased that you had availablity to come to our home on July 3, the day after our garage door broke. Our installer, Trevor, was wonderful and was very effiicient. Unfortunately, the garage door opener that was installed was defective and stopped working within 24 hours. We placed a call on the 4ht of July and was able to get Trevor back to the house on July 5th. He determined that the unit was defective and replaced it for us. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic for the situation. Overall, we were very pleased with your service and would absolutely recommend your company. My Garage Door needed to be replaced as it had some defects from when I bought my house and the builder indicated the I must have damaged it - 5 years later the I had the springer broke and I decided to replace the defective garage as well. I contacted Precision. Walter arrived promptly for my appointment time and explained several options for the garage door plus new springs, cables etc. He was very professional and courteous. I took about 3 weeks before the Door came in and Bryan was the installer who was also very professional and courtesy. It was excellent work. I had a slight issue two weeks later and contacted them again - when my door would not close - Walter - arrived about 2 hours after I called to report the issue, he corrected the issue within 5 minutes as it was the safety sensors that needed to be tightened and aligned. Excellent workmanship as well as professionalism Highly recommended this team

You probably wonder what on earth an Angel would have to do with servicing a garage door problem. Taylor was very prompt, he called before arriving to say he'll be here in 10mins. I had a problem with my garage door not opening with the handheld remote. He changed out my sensors, gave me a new keypad and lubrication. He also gave me several options for my future needs. I would recommend him any time.
