Response to my request prompt; service technician (Fito) was exceptional......professional, skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Fito carefully explained all of my repair/replacement options and pricing......he arrived promptly and replaced my garage door motor ( with a top-of-the-line model), installed a keypad and digital control panel, and also replaced ALL metal parts of the existing garage door. Finally he did NOT encourage me to purchase parts and items I did not need. This was a reasonably-priced installation of high-end components that have exceptionally long and excellent warranties!!! I will use this company exclusively and recommend to my neighbors and friends!!

Garage door opener stopped working so i called the company that installed it. They cam and stated the gears were broken and the unit needed to be replaced along with the springs recently installed by Precision on a previous service visit. After quoting my over 1000 I informed them i would call them back. Instead I called Precision as I previously had service for the spring. My technician Richard Clemente arrived the next day took one look at my unit and advised it was not broken. Richard reprogrammed the unit and it worked perfectly. He reprogrammed my remotes and was extremely professional. Thank you for being honest and fair.

My garage door "hung" Thursday morning, we were scheduled to leave Friday morning for an out of state wedding. The door was partially opened and I needed someone to help ASAP. I looked on line and read several service company reviews and finally called Precision Door of Delaware. Richard Armbruster arrived at 12:30 PM, evaluated the situation and provided 3 scenario's of service he could provide. I choose a complete rebuild with a new opener. Richard went about the repair and I was able to finish mowing the lawn in preparation for our trip. The job was done by 2:30 PM. Richard explained everything he did, demonstrated how the new opener worked and helped program the key-pad. To say I was thoroughly satisfied is an understatement. Richard was knowledgeable and provided several options with detailed explanations of each with no pressure to choose any option. I would definitely choose Precision Garage Door.

I was so happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The track on one of my garage doors had come loose and needed to be better affixed to the wall. My service tech, Richard, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He recommended a few things to do in the future and sent me invoices showing what it would cost when I'm ready. We woke up last Saturday morning to discover that we couldn't open the garage door. The spring had snapped overnight! We called Precision and a technician was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He had everything he needed with him to make the repair. Jorge is a great tech. He asked me specific questions and listened. He ask more questions and explained how he was troubleshooting. After listening to me carefully and restating what I had said for clarity he inspected my system and found the issue. After fixing the issue he gave my system a complete inspection asking about any preventative maintenance and showing me how to troubleshoot and take care of my system. From request for service to its completion, my experience with Precision, and their technician, Eric Bartow, could not have been more seamless, more satisfactory. Eric phoned the morning of the service with an ETA, and arrived at that time. He did a careful assessment as to why the garage door was not opening, (clearly) explained his findings, and followed with an estimate of both the time it would take to make the repair on site, as well as its (reasonable) cost.
