One of my cables that connects the door to the springs had broken and Bob Strauss replaced both of my cables. However, I thought $280.00 just to replace both cables was a little high since it only took about half an hour.

I contacted Precision Garage Door because my door would not open. I was able to receive same day service. The technician that came out was Richard Clemente. I couldn't be happier with the results. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the exact cause of the issue. He provided a transparent quote, was very professional and completed the repairs to a very high standard. It is rare to find a contractor who respects your time and property this much. Completely satisfied with my experience this week with precision garage doors. Apparently previous home owner reinstalled new door back in 2019, but of course didn’t do it well. The years of stress on the tube across the top with the springs and being to close to the wood frame caused it to eventually break and that tube wound up on the outside of the door. Made the apt online over the weekend for first thing Monday morning. Taylor B was on time, reviewed everything and kept me in the loop with what he found and options we could explore. He saved the door and we did not need a new motor (which was great news)… He replaced all the hardware correctly and everything is working perfectly. Thanks to Taylor

In 2021 Precision of DE installed our " LiftMaster" garage door opener. Until recently the opener has worked well. Recently the Garage door open would not stay closed and would bounce back open. So I did the basic check to make sure the sensors were not blocked nor the door track nor any other mechanical element. Unfortunately there was no obvious issue for this homeowner and no immediate solution. I called Precision Door of Delaware, the original installers, and Ashley set me up with an appointment for the next day !!! Remarkable and appreciated. A very polite and informative technician, Matthew came and resolved the issue quickly. He discussed/ informed me about various aspects of the LiftMaster warranty and their Precision garage door service company. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them! My finders are crossed that the operation of the Lift Master's problem was solved! Matthew, of course, said if a problem re-surfaced to call them back!

Precision was great to work with. Jorge was helpful from the sales side to ensure we were getting all we wanted / needed for our new garage doors accessories. Ryan was fantastic for the install. He took the time to walk us through the setup of the new doors, all the features, as well as maintenance. He also cleaned up any mess from the install understanding this should be expected, it isnt always done with contractors or installers. Precision, Jorge and Ryan were excellent to work with would highly recommend.

Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly. Tim arrived as expected, I explained visit was for a periodic inspection. Had two concerns outside keypad not working and bottom weather stripping broken. Replaced keypad and reset code. He didnt have rubber stripping, told where to find on internet. Lubricated all moving parts. Suggested not to use Duracell batteries in keypad and dont use standard LED bulbs in controller. Overall very thorough at my house. Took a look at neighbors garage door for a possible install of opener. Went above and beyond with service.
