Technician Richard Armbruster came out, assessed our "original" garage door and mechanicals, provided options and thoroughly explained what each option would entail/cost. Our garage door was groaning and squealing so loud that you could hear it to the end of our neighborhood street! Richard had all equipment on the vehicle and replaced what we agreed to replace in less than 2 hours. Now our new equipment is as quiet as a whisper, works perfectly and is under a multi-year warranty. Highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door company if you have concerns about the functioning/safety of your garage door.

Made an appointment for Saturday so I could be home. Trevor called in advance to inform me that he was on his way. Trevor was friendly, professional, and neatly went about his work. I suspected my issue was a broken tension spring, and Trevor verified my suspicions. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Although a little pricier than I thought it would be, I now have a much better system than before that should last. Plus, I have a 5-year warranty. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

Precision had installed a new Liftmaster opener last year. During this past year, the door itself started showing its age. So, I called Precision for a service call. Precision quickly scheduled a service call, Called me in advance of arrival and was on time. The Technician was wonderfully knowledgeable and fixed my problem. In addition, I ordered a new door because of the current ones age and excessive wear. The Tech was most helpful and professional. I give this company 5 stars for its professionalism. Travis Kalista arrived within two hours of our service call and got everything working on our old doors but suggested that our 12+ year old system could be replaced and work better. He returned the next day and replaced and programmed two new garage door openers and all supporting hardware. The new system is much smoother and quieter than the old system and has new features that the old system did not. He did a great job on a timely basis and was very patient and helpful in showing us the new features.

My garage door did not open this morning. I called precision door at 8:30 am, was very professionally greeted on the phone. The young lady that took the call, arranged an appointment the same morning. With our service tech, Trevor Kalista. He arrived within the specified timeframe. After performing a safety evaluation of the door, Trevor presented me with three options. We chose to replace all of the parts, including the motor. Trevor started the job and completed the repair within two hours. He then reviewed the system so that we were made thoroughly informed. Trevor is truly an outstanding worker and a credit to the company. I would recommend both Trevor Kalista and Precision Garage Doors for their excellent customer service.

Precision Garage Door installed two new garage doors with openers in Sept 2024. We had a great experience working with them in selecting them and then having them installed. As my wife and I started noticing a noise when one of the doors would open and close, I reached out to the local servicing Precision Garage Door company. Within 2 hours a tech arrived, assessed the situation, made the necessary adjustment and the issue was resolved. I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

My service call was answered promptly and Eric the technician came out the next day. I received multiple emails and texts in stating who my tech was, a picture and his number. He called prior to getting to my location and I received a follow up email after he left. Delivery of a new garage door was about a week since it was stock. Wry happy that I found Precision!
