A few days ago, we had a garage door emergency-it would not close. We called Precision based on excellent reviews. Our technician, Fito Louis, was here within 90 minutes. He was very professional, extremely helpful explaining our choices in products and services, and installed our new garage door opener. Prior to leaving, Fito also ensured that we were able to use the wi-fi to our full advantage through the app. We highly recommend Precision and their technician Fito Louis.

So easy to schedule! Tech called to say he could arrive early---which was great as it allowed me to schedule dr appt that i would have had to cancel. I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.

I found out about you from my son who had a new door installed new construction. Your company was easy to get an appointment. Receive a text and email when technician was on way. Upon meeting Jesse, he was professional and provided me with different alternatives of what was needed. He installed a new motor and provided me with directions on the new keypad, new garage door opener and how to do the MyQ app. Great experience and will have him come back soon to install new opener for the other garage door. I set this appointment up on Sat for Monday 2-6pm. Richard Armbruster was here Monday at 2pm! What I liked the most is Precision Door sent me a text with my technician’s name and photograph so that I knew who was come. He looked at the door, discussed the problem and the age of the door. Left everything up to me on what I wanted done. He fixed the door and was finished in 1/2 hr. He also programmed my door in my new Jeep! I will be buying a new door for the garage in 2027 and will be buying it from Precision!

I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work. I strongly recommend Precision and I commend Jesse for doing a great job.

Richard Armbruster from Precision Garage Door arrived at my home in Bear Trap Ocean View DE , evaluated my garage, replaced the motor and springs. The people from Precision are all courteous and professional, but the technician who installed my garage door, Bryan Berger, has performed an outstanding job. The door frame of my 124 years old garage was crooked and he spent long time to make the adjustments needed to install the door properly and with no visible gaps. I will not hesitate in recommending this company

A year ago I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech from Precision Door came and expertly fixed and repaired / replaced parts after fully explaining all options available. I had to replace the door opener (a Chamberlain) 2 days ago and ran into a couple of problems with the new unit. Note I am a retired engineer and have installed / replaced several door openers during my 72 years. This new opener gave me a couple of fits adjusting the up and down limits and erroring out. I finally called Precision Door to look at it and see what I did wrong. The tech - Fito, came and inspected the previous door repairs and the new replacement opener. I felt like a fool when he ran it and it worked without a problem. We discussed what might have been wrong and why it started working fine. Since the door had been refurbished by Precision I was not charged even for a service call. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and would gladly recommend them. P.S. Fito left with a couple bottles of cold water and fresh baked cookies.

I had problems with the garage door and they quickly answered the phone and provided next day service which worked perfectly. Technician Eric Barton was professional and highly qualified. Checked everything and repaired. I also wanted a keypad which he had all necessary equipped in the truck to installed and setup. Pricing was reasonable and provided future recommendations and maintenance information and suggested materials I should use to maintain track. Overall, very happy with the company and their service providers . Quality is priceless!

We had used a garage repair in 2013 (turns out it was PRECISION). My husband was sick for 3 years and could not get outside. Sadly he passed away in 2025. Handle on my garage door has been broke for some time and had been putting it off. Thinking, if this thing breaks, I am "screwed" (sorry). Trevor and Jesse showed up in the time frame given, and went right to work checking the problem. Turns out the "hardware" is part that comes with each door. Mine could not be repaired. I had told them in the beginning I don't want a new door -- but either way it need to be fixed. So a new door it is. Thanks for being part of the Delmarva community and for showing up. New door should take about 3-4 weeks and installation would be (1 guy) about 1 day. THANKS AGAIN, Sharon Bienicewicz
