My garage door "hung" Thursday morning, we were scheduled to leave Friday morning for an out of state wedding. The door was partially opened and I needed someone to help ASAP. I looked on line and read several service company reviews and finally called Precision Door of Delaware. Richard Armbruster arrived at 12:30 PM, evaluated the situation and provided 3 scenario's of service he could provide. I choose a complete rebuild with a new opener. Richard went about the repair and I was able to finish mowing the lawn in preparation for our trip. The job was done by 2:30 PM. Richard explained everything he did, demonstrated how the new opener worked and helped program the key-pad. To say I was thoroughly satisfied is an understatement. Richard was knowledgeable and provided several options with detailed explanations of each with no pressure to choose any option. I would definitely choose Precision Garage Door.

From request for service to its completion, my experience with Precision, and their technician, Eric Bartow, could not have been more seamless, more satisfactory. Eric phoned the morning of the service with an ETA, and arrived at that time. He did a careful assessment as to why the garage door was not opening, (clearly) explained his findings, and followed with an estimate of both the time it would take to make the repair on site, as well as its (reasonable) cost. Company / employee ... exemplary in every way!

Our garage door came off the track on a Tuesday night and could not open or close. I called Precision at 11:30 p.m. and talked to a bright, professional, young woman who scheduled us for service the very next morning (Wednesday). Jesse came out, evaluated our problem, and gave us several options to solve the issue. He was straightforward and knowledgeable. Instead of a repair that would have only put off further serious problems, we ordered a new door. We can’t wait for it to be installed. I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.

I found out about you from my son who had a new door installed new construction. Your company was easy to get an appointment. Receive a text and email when technician was on way. Upon meeting Jesse, he was professional and provided me with different alternatives of what was needed. I set this appointment up on Sat for Monday 2-6pm. Richard Armbruster was here Monday at 2pm! What I liked the most is Precision Door sent me a text with my technician’s name and photograph so that I knew who was come. He looked at the door, discussed the problem and the age of the door. Left everything up to me on what I wanted done. He fixed the door and was finished in 1/2 hr. He also programmed my door in my new Jeep! I will be buying a new door for the garage in 2027 and will be buying it from Precision!

I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work.
