Travis Kalista arrived within two hours of our service call and got everything working on our old doors but suggested that our 12+ year old system could be replaced and work better. He returned the next day and replaced and programmed two new garage door openers and all supporting hardware. The new system is much smoother and quieter than the old system and has new features that the old system did not. He did a great job on a timely basis and was very patient and helpful in showing us the new features.

My garage door did not open this morning. I called precision door at 8:30 am, was very professionally greeted on the phone. The young lady that took the call, arranged an appointment the same morning. With our service tech, Trevor Kalista. He arrived within the specified timeframe. After performing a safety evaluation of the door, Trevor presented me with three options. We chose to replace all of the parts, including the motor. Trevor started the job and completed the repair within two hours. He then reviewed the system so that we were made thoroughly informed. Trevor is truly an outstanding worker and a credit to the company. I would recommend both Trevor Kalista and Precision Garage Doors for their excellent customer service.

Precision Garage Door installed two new garage doors with openers in Sept 2024. We had a great experience working with them in selecting them and then having them installed. As my wife and I started noticing a noise when one of the doors would open and close, I reached out to the local servicing Precision Garage Door company. Within 2 hours a tech arrived, assessed the situation, made the necessary adjustment and the issue was resolved. We appreciated the very quick, responsive, professional and personable service by Richard Armbruster.

Precision did an outstanding job replacing my damaged garage door. The rep came the same day, presented me with several options and an estimate for each. I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

My service call was answered promptly and Eric the technician came out the next day. I received multiple emails and texts in stating who my tech was, a picture and his number. He called prior to getting to my location and I received a follow up email after he left. Delivery of a new garage door was about a week since it was stock. Wry happy that I found Precision!

Trevor did an awesome job repairing my garage door. He was very competent and knowledgeable. He troubleshot it and repaired it quickly. He also pointed out issues that may come up in the future since the doors are over 20 years old. Also they came out within a few hours of me calling. Service desk was great.The service from this company was awesome.
