Called the office around 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was able to setup an appointment for Sunday at 1:00. Taylor came and he was very nice and knew his stuff. Gave us three options for fixing our garage door. No pressure to up sell from Taylor at all. Taylor fixed our problem and we were back in business in less than two hours. Taylor was very nice and personable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needs garage door help.

Unexpected malfunction of garage door. Called this AM and tech Matthew Taylor was on site in less than three hours. Five star service, fair price and no sales 'hustle'. Talk is cheap when it comes to customer service. Precision walks the walk. Highly recommend....

Our second time using Precision. Service, from the phone appointment to the actual visit was first rate. Technician Richard was cordial, professional and expert...going the extra mile AFTER the extra mile to see that we were not only fully repaired but informed of possible future needs without the kind of "hard sell" too often found in other vendors. Totally satisfied, the only reason we only rate them five stars is that there aren't six stars available here.... (PS...hey boss...give your people raises....they are all keepers ;)
