I had an emergency with a cable on the garage door snapping in a new home. Could not get any Builder service to deal with the emergency. Precision was our garage door contact in the previous home. They once told me if I ever had any problems to give them a call. I did and they looked in the system confirmed that I was a former customer and sent out an emergency technician to solve my problem within one hour. That is service Beyond any expectation but one I felt they would offer me and they did.

Bob showed up right on time, managed to not only fix the motor after a recent power surge, but showed me a few things in terms of basic maintenance. Wasnt overly salesy which I appreciated, but did walk me through a few upgrades to our older system that we may want to consider down the road. Will definitely be going with precision garage door for those upgrades.

Tim was awesome at diagnosing the problem. Something electronic with my 21 year old motor and door wouldnt open. Replaced motor, remotes, key pad and wall switch in 1.5 hours. He was on time, very thorough, polite and professional. Communication thru phone, text, email was superior. Would call again without any reservations!

Last night my garage door suddenly broke. It went off the track, the track bent, and I couldnt close the door all the way. First thing today I called Precision and they literally had someone at my house in less than 3 hours to assess the situation. The tech, Bob Strauss, was very professional and knowledgeable. He let us know that he could try to do short term fix and would do his best to make it work, but ultimately our garage door is 18 years old and should really be replaced. Thats what were going to do, but in the meantime Bob was able to get the door closed completely for security purposes. I look forward to working with Precision on my new garage door!

SUPER SPEEDY. CALLED AT 830AM. We were scheduled for 9am-11am. Highly recommend this company. Called them around 8:30am, our garage door has a broken spring after 11 years of usage. Single spring on two car garage. Change into two springs, plus replace the cable. If you are looking for the fastest availability around, check them out. Paid $917 for a two spring, and cables. Comes with 1 year warranty.
