The technician, Richard Armbruster, did a terrific job. He is very professional and explained to my husband exactly what was needed to repair our garage door. Then he got to work and made the repair. Great service and easy to schedule! I logged on at night and Eric Bartow from Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Shore Maryland was here by 10 am the next morning. He had everything we needed in the truck, so we could solve all our problems at that moment. He was kind, courteous and super knowledgeable! Great experience!

We used Precision Garage Door for the first time today. We used another company who did not treat us fairly and did not repair the garage door. Our technician, Trevor, was honest, explained all options and completed the new garage door opener installation completely and took his time to make sure everything worked. Precision Garage Door is the most efficient, professional and courteous repair/installation service of any type that we have experienced in Delaware. Their online systems make it incredibly easy to book an appt. They keep you apprised of your requests status at every step. Our technician Trevor was outstanding. Responded to our request on a weekend, at the time we requested, gave us a variety of options, and completed our replacement all on the same day. We strongly recommend this company for all possible garage door needs.

Trevor Kalista did a fantastic job. He repaired the coils (one was broken) on 2 garage doors and the motor on one garage door. Trevor thoroughly explained every issue/problem concerning the garage doors and what needed to be done to complete the issues.
