He was very professional, extremely helpful explaining our choices in products and services, and installed our new garage door opener. A year ago I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech from Precision Door came and expertly fixed and repaired / replaced parts after fully explaining all options available. I had to replace the door opener (a Chamberlain) 2 days ago and ran into a couple of problems with the new unit. Note I am a retired engineer and have installed / replaced several door openers during my 72 years. This new opener gave me a couple of fits adjusting the up and down limits and erroring out. I finally called Precision Door to look at it and see what I did wrong. The tech - Fito, came and inspected the previous door repairs and the new replacement opener. I felt like a fool when he ran it and it worked without a problem. We discussed what might have been wrong and why it started working fine. Since the door had been refurbished by Precision I was not charged even for a service call. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and would gladly recommend them. P.S. Fito left with a couple bottles of cold water and fresh baked cookies.

Technician Richard Armbruster came out, assessed our "original" garage door and mechanicals, provided options and thoroughly explained what each option would entail/cost. Our garage door was groaning and squealing so loud that you could hear it to the end of our neighborhood street! Richard had all equipment on the vehicle and replaced what we agreed to replace in less than 2 hours. Now our new equipment is as quiet as a whisper, works perfectly and is under a multi-year warranty. Highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door company if you have concerns about the functioning/safety of your garage door.

Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. My garage door is 20 years old and it did not surprise me that the opener ceased to function properly. I called Precision and they sent a technician Trevor Kalista out within hours. Trevor explained to me that the gears were stripped and unable to grab the door. He would have to replace the motor, the chain pulley system, and moving gears. He originally thought it would be a 3-hour job but the challenges with this old door required 5 hours to repair. Trevor gave me the highest of service!
