We called Precision to give us an estimate to replace the 2 bottom panels of our garage door. Eric arrived completed an assessment of the door and made his recommendations. Very professional. We decided to go ahead with his recommendations. Thank you Eric!On the scheduled day the team arrived and replaced the 2 lower panels on the door. Very professional job, very quick and GREAT technicians. Thank you so much for you great work!

Eric Bartow arrived on time, listened to my door issues then inspected the garage door opener system. He quickly found the problem ( over 20 year old system ) was just worn out. He gave a quote for a replacement opener and had it in his service truck. We gave him the go ahead to replace the opener. He worked very quickly and professionally. When completed he demonstrated how the new system worked. He cleaned up the work area when done. Very pleased with the work, quality and professionalism

My garage door is 20 years old and it did not surprise me that the opener ceased to function properly. I called Precision and they sent a technician Trevor Kalista out within hours. Trevor explained to me that the gears were stripped and unable to grab the door. He would have to replace the motor, the chain pulley system, and moving gears. He originally thought it would be a 3-hour job but the challenges with this old door required 5 hours to repair. Trevor gave me the highest of service!

I would highly recommend to anyone needing a repair. This is the second house that I have called them for a repair. They are prompt and the technicians (mine was Eric Bartow). I ended up getting a replacement for my opener, which he installed while here.
