Tier-1 level support! I was truly impressed by the Precision Door technicians, namely Brendan and Richard, who removed our two original garage doors and replaced them with the highest-quality Olympiad premium doors. They were absolutely professional, courteous, timely, and exceptionally efficient. Brendan even set up my phone app afterwards to ensure I was fully-connected and took time with me to ensure I understand and could perform semi-annual maintenance by ensuring the rollers were properly lubricated. Precision exceeded my expectations with exceptional customer service, rapid response time, and the kind of personal attention I dont see too often. Id like to personally thank the team that answered my call for an estimate, Rich, who came out to perform the estimate, and everyone else who sped this process along to an outstanding delivery and installation. Just received an estimate from Precision on a new garage door and opener. Prior to the appointment, I received a phone call, a text massage and an email alerting me of Tims arrival. There was even a picture of Tim that made me feel more comfortable. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and, within 30 minutes, I had a full quote with a number of options for my garage

I want to say thanks to Richard C. from Precision Garage Door Of Delaware. He showed up on the earlier side of the two hour arrival window for the appointment. My garage door got hung up and damaged on the roof rack of my jeep after my son lowered it before completely exiting the garage. Richard was able to safely lower it so that we wouldnt have to spend another night with it open. However, the door was damaged beyond repair. He took his time explaining to me why the door needed to be replaced. Set me up with estimates for different choices and options for a new garage door. Emailed all necessary paperwork and estimates. Assured that all the sent emails were received before leaving. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Great Service. The new garage door install was a snap. They removed the old door and associated hardware. Replaced it with the new door and all new hardware. We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.
