One of my cables that connects the door to the springs had broken and Bob Strauss replaced both of my cables. However, I thought $280.00 just to replace both cables was a little high since it only took about half an hour.

Tech arrived on time and provided me several options for replacement and upgrades. He replaced the old garage door opener with a new one and upgraded the door springs. Would recommend Precision Door for similar work.

Tim Strauss indicated the work he performed at my residence included a 5 year warranty. The invoice which was emailed to me did not include warranty information. Please send me documentation of the 5 year warranty for my records. Thank You.

Had a pulley and spring on one garage door fail late last night and called the company that installed it and their next appointment was in 6 days. Called Precision Garage Door Service who advertise same day service and they arrive 3 hours later. Tim Strauss examined the door and gave 3 estimates (simple fix, overhaul fix or replacement of door), and although 30 years old the doors still have several years left in them. Opted for an overhaul fix and in an hour was all done. He explained all he did and seemed quite competent. I'm very pleased with their service and prompt response.

He gave me a couple of options and was able to work with me on the best fit for my situation. Since my garage was coming off the track, I weighed my options to get the job done.
