Had a pulley and spring on one garage door fail late last night and called the company that installed it and their next appointment was in 6 days. Called Precision Garage Door Service who advertise same day service and they arrive 3 hours later. Tim Strauss examined the door and gave 3 estimates (simple fix, overhaul fix or replacement of door), and although 30 years old the doors still have several years left in them. Opted for an overhaul fix and in an hour was all done. He explained all he did and seemed quite competent. I'm very pleased with their service and prompt response.

Serviceman was very professional and had all the parts needed to repair my garage door on his truck. The only additional comment I have is that if I need another non-emergency repair I will make sure I get 3 estimates prior to agreeing to have the work done.

He gave me a couple of options and was able to work with me on the best fit for my situation. Since my garage was coming off the track, I weighed my options to get the job done.
