I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

Called Precision at around 11:00 this morning. Garage door was stuck about 3/4 down in the closed position. Said they could send someone between 12 and 2. Eric Bartow arrived around 12:30. Turns out our door which was installed by another company was not installed properly and we were on borrowed time. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with the installation and what needed to be done to correct it. Given what was broken with the door everything Eric said made sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Eric to anyone in need of garage door repair.

We called Precision on Monday and explained the issue. They scheduled us immediately for Tuesday between 8 am and 10 am. Our technician came on Tuesday morning at 8 am to find out why the garage door wouldnt respond and what the problem is. Richie was our specialist. He was outstanding. He explained everything and what the cost was to do the work. We had to get a new motor because the one installed by our builder was garbage. Richie was patient, took care of everything and made sure we could use our smart devices. He installed everything and the installation was neat and clean, and he was great. Thank you Precision Door and thank you to Richie. You are a great technician Richie.

Eric was professional and personable, he did text prior to his visit with arrival time and I appreciate that.. Adjusted my sensors - took all of 10 minutes ($90 was a tad excessive but oh well, I didnt know how to fix it myself so next time Ill give it a try).

Precision Garage Door saved us yesterday. Our garage door spring broke and we were due to go out of town soon, so I needed it fixed fast! Richard arrived within 2 hours of calling them, provided options, communicated clearly and had the repair done in under an hour. Richard even identified and remedied a problem with our second garage door while there. I will absolutely use them again!

Technician Richard Armbruster was great. He quickly understood the issue with my garage door, proposed a solution and then quickly finished the job. Ron was here in Jan3rd to install a new garage door. He called before hand to give me his time of arrival, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He kept me informed and answered all my questions. He also helped me program both of my cars to synch with the door opener and helped synch the outside panel. He did a great job and if you get home as your installer you'll be very pleased

We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Our service rep, named Trevor was absolutely tremendous regarding his professionalism and his technical skills to fix our door. His advice and explanation of the entire process was top notch. We would never hesitate to use them again
