I had problems with the garage door and they quickly answered the phone and provided next day service which worked perfectly. Technician Eric Barton was professional and highly qualified. Checked everything and repaired. I also wanted a keypad which he had all necessary equipped in the truck to installed and setup. Pricing was reasonable and provided future recommendations and maintenance information and suggested materials I should use to maintain track. Overall, very happy with the company and their service providers . Quality is priceless!

Richard Armbruster was courteous, personable and respectful. I feel he treated me well. I heard of your company via TV advertising in which Richard played a part. I hope he got a bonus for that! :) The garage door motor and other parts were replaced and done in a short period of time. Richard explained how to work the new technology and even made sure our cars were set up properly. At this point, I am very pleased.

I call Precision Grage Door of Delawre. I told them it was not an emergency. They sent out Trevor Kalista to repair our weak garage door springs. He was here one hour after I called. He changed the springs, drums and cables in 45 minutes. He was great and the service was excellent! I will pass Precision name and number to my neighbors. Thank you ,Trevor!

Called Precision at around 11:00 this morning. Garage door was stuck about 3/4 down in the closed position. Said they could send someone between 12 and 2. Eric Bartow arrived around 12:30. Turns out our door which was installed by another company was not installed properly and we were on borrowed time. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with the installation and what needed to be done to correct it. Given what was broken with the door everything Eric said made sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Eric to anyone in need of garage door repair.

We called Precision on Monday and explained the issue. They scheduled us immediately for Tuesday between 8 am and 10 am. Our technician came on Tuesday morning at 8 am to find out why the garage door wouldnt respond and what the problem is. Richie was our specialist. He was outstanding. He explained everything and what the cost was to do the work. We had to get a new motor because the one installed by our builder was garbage. Richie was patient, took care of everything and made sure we could use our smart devices. He installed everything and the installation was neat and clean, and he was great. Thank you Precision Door and thank you to Richie. You are a great technician Richie.

Eric was professional and personable, he did text prior to his visit with arrival time and I appreciate that.. Adjusted my sensors - took all of 10 minutes ($90 was a tad excessive but oh well, I didnt know how to fix it myself so next time Ill give it a try).

The people from Precision are all courteous and professional, but the technician who installed my garage door, Bryan Berger, has performed an outstanding job. The door frame of my 124 years old garage was crooked and he spent long time to make the adjustments needed to install the door properly and with no visible gaps.
