We had a garage door installed 5 years ago by Precision. Installation was a breeze. Fast forward to this past weekend my wife had noticed a grinding sound coming for one side of the door. I was surprised because I keep the door lubricated to keep it moving freely. I contacted Precision and spoke with Ashley. After reviewing all of the paperwork, Taylor, one of Precision's techs, was at our house the next afternoon in the slotted time allowed. Taylor listened about our issue and he got to work. There was an issue with a left bearing support that needed to be adjusted and reinforced. Taylor also verified the total operation of the door as well. When he was done we found there wasn't any charge for the service due to the parts coverage and warranty. Tyalor was spot on, friendly, and knowledgable. This is why I would highly recommend Precision for all of you garage door needs. You don't find a quaility company like Precision around much anymore. Many thanks to The Precision Team.

I contacted Precision Garage Door because my door would not open. I was able to receive same day service. The technician that came out was Richard Clemente. I couldn't be happier with the results. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the exact cause of the issue. He provided a transparent quote, was very professional and completed the repairs to a very high standard. It is rare to find a contractor who respects your time and property this much. Precision has been exclusively my go-to for garage door service for years. Most recently, they've installed two new openers for me in the past three years (one for each door). At first, I was a little disappointed in the limited selection of units they made available for installation, and their pricing is on the mid-to-high side, but that seems to be because they only deal in higher-end equipment. Normally, I'm a "best-price-wins" shopper, but Precision offers so much in the way of service, quality, follow-up, timeliness, and responsiveness that it more than makes up for the few extra dollars I might have put out. They are always very courteous, professional, and helpful. And they have always responded to me and been able to service my doors/door openers within 2 days of my request - usually within one day! The staff, from the phone service to the technicians to the management, is extremely friendly and professional, while also being extraordinarily knowledgeable and efficient. I almost didn't want to call them for my recent repair because I figured it was tool menial of a job and it would be to expensive. They worked with me to figure out a way to cover the service, and I am, once again, extremely happy with their service and the results.

Completely satisfied with my experience this week with precision garage doors. Apparently previous home owner reinstalled new door back in 2019, but of course didn’t do it well. The years of stress on the tube across the top with the springs and being to close to the wood frame caused it to eventually break and that tube wound up on the outside of the door. Made the apt online over the weekend for first thing Monday morning. Taylor B was on time, reviewed everything and kept me in the loop with what he found and options we could explore. He saved the door and we did not need a new motor (which was great news)… He replaced all the hardware correctly and everything is working perfectly. Thanks to Taylor

Preface: I emailed business twice before posting hoping for a response. None received. I emphasize I was satisfied with technicians work, alerts of appointment, and final product. Did not appreciate other aspects as stated below. This is my opinion and may not apply to anyone else. Just how I feel about my experience. I would have loved a response from them. Thought I would e-mail before writing review. Tim was very good, prompt, professional, and quick. I broke my own rule of not getting three estimates. After some research I must say you are on the higher end of the range as another reviewer also stated. I didn’t appreciate Tim saying he forgot to tell me about the 3% charge for credit card when I handed it to him at the end. Sorry this is a personal view but I was in retail for 40 years and always accepted that as cost of doing business as hard as it is. I never do business with any establishment that does this and I would not have if Tim told me that in the beginning when he should have. Also, he handed me a can of lubricant that I assumed was part of a $835 service and this was the least expensive choice to replace torsion springs. The next two services were for $1300 and $1800 to basically replace all parts. I didn’t notice til I saw an invoice e-mailed to me after he left that it was $25 (I can buy it on Amazon for under $10) or I would have refused it. He should have told me it was an extra charge. Need to be a little more upfront or provide invoice before payment not just a total quote on an iPad. I can’t say I am happy and it has left a very bad taste. Very disappointed no one could take the time to respond to my e-mails to answer my concerns. Again, work was fine. Would just suggest getting several estimates and a printed invoice before you pay.
