We had Taylor from Precision Door identify and replace our garage door motor (lift master), spring and replace the rubber on bottom of door. He was fantastic!! Knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Great quote for all that we had done! Fixed it same day! Precision is lucky to have him as a technician! I would recommend Precision on his work alone.

My garage door jammed and trapped my car inside shortly before noon. I called Precision Garage Door and they were able to schedule a service appointment between 2 and 4 that day. When the original technician was delayed, another was assigned. Taylor Bartow arrived within the original time period and promptly assessed the failure. He reviewed possible repair approaches and proceeded with the selected repair. After completing the repair, he answered my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. Excellent work with a focus on customer satisfaction.

My technician was Taylor. He called and provided the time that he would arrive. He was prompt, professional, courteous and polite. Even though I was only having the rubber on the bottom of my garage door replaced, Taylor performed a complete inspection of the entire door and gave sound recommendations.
