I called for service on a Saturday, Taylor was on site and completed the repairs by 9:30 am on Sunday. There was no premium charge for the weekend work. I was given a number of options to choose from. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive overhaul. I received advance notice of his arrival via text and E-Mail which included the techs' name and picture. All aspects of this service were professional and courteous from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I've run construction projects over he past 30+ years and if I wasn't retired, I would be adding them to my "A" list. Thank you Precision, Rich

We had a garage door installed 5 years ago by Precision. Installation was a breeze. Fast forward to this past weekend my wife had noticed a grinding sound coming for one side of the door. I was surprised because I keep the door lubricated to keep it moving freely. I contacted Precision and spoke with Ashley. After reviewing all of the paperwork, Taylor, one of Precision's techs, was at our house the next afternoon in the slotted time allowed. Taylor listened about our issue and he got to work. There was an issue with a left bearing support that needed to be adjusted and reinforced. Taylor also verified the total operation of the door as well. When he was done we found there wasn't any charge for the service due to the parts coverage and warranty. Tyalor was spot on, friendly, and knowledgable. This is why I would highly recommend Precision for all of you garage door needs. You don't find a quaility company like Precision around much anymore. Many thanks to The Precision Team.

The repairman (Taylor) was extremely polite and professional. He replaced the broken spring in about 1 hour. He explained everything to me and gave me the options. Taylor was very prompt, he called before arriving to say he'll be here in 10mins. I had a problem with my garage door not opening with the handheld remote. He changed out my sensors, gave me a new keypad and lubrication. He also gave me several options for my future needs. I would recommend him any time.

Completely satisfied with my experience this week with precision garage doors. Apparently previous home owner reinstalled new door back in 2019, but of course didn’t do it well. The years of stress on the tube across the top with the springs and being to close to the wood frame caused it to eventually break and that tube wound up on the outside of the door. Made the apt online over the weekend for first thing Monday morning. Taylor B was on time, reviewed everything and kept me in the loop with what he found and options we could explore. He saved the door and we did not need a new motor (which was great news)… He replaced all the hardware correctly and everything is working perfectly. Thanks to Taylor

My service Tech was Taylor. I had a problem installing a keypad for my garage door. I was not successful to the point that the garage door was essentially inoperative no matter what I did. I called a number associated with Genie service and got Precision Garage Door Service. I spoke to Jenn and she was able to get an appointment the same day ( May 28th ~ 12:30pm ) for between 2-6pm. Taylor arrived around 3:30. It turned out I made procedural errors in attempting to program the remote to the door. Taylor then programmed the keypad properly so all devices to open the door were working properly. He also indicated the manual release of the door was NOT connected properly. He fixed this issue as well and installed the remote keypad. Taylor was exceptional in service and professionalism.

I had my garage door replaced by Precision Door about 3 years ago. The technician who installed it was polite, knowledgeable and was wonderful in explaining what he was doing and why. The door started having closing issues this past week, so I called them - the technician, Taylor, came out the very next day, communicating with me when he was on his way and another text when he arrived. Precision sent me a text with Taylor's picture so I could make sure it was a technician from their company. Taylor listened to the issue and went to work. He had the door adjusted within 30 minutes, and didn't hesitate to explain to me what had been the issue. The adjustment was covered under my warranty, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them!!

I have seen Precision Door advertised thru social media and Television but never had a need until recently. I had heard a grinding noise recently and scheduled Precision Door. While the grinding noise had went away it was a good thing I kept the appointment. The Technician identified frayed balance cables which would have broken very soon. The Technician performed a thorough inspection, explained his findings and provided me 4 cost options to address the issue. On top of that, all parts were stocked on the service van and he was immediately ready to repair the door. This is how all visits with repair service should be. Know your craft and work the problem efficiently. The Technician (Taylor) was well prepared, knowledgable, and equipped. Great work by Precision and Taylor. Will certainly use again.

Service technician was nice, but the price quoted was premium pricing for a midrange job. No free estimates, you have to pay $75 for and estimate then get overpriced quote. Precision, you really need to do better. Shameful
