I was so happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The track on one of my garage doors had come loose and needed to be better affixed to the wall. My service tech, Richard, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He recommended a few things to do in the future and sent me invoices showing what it would cost when I'm ready. It is hard to improve on perfection. That is exactly what I received this time also. I had a new installer this time, Richard Clemente, he was exactly like the previous experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful, explained what was causing my problem and how to solve it. Good work can be expensive, but he gave me a price I could live with, and the work was performed quickly, cleanly, politely. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware to anyone, especially my friends! I had broken a spring, and needed new springs, rollers, cables, and re-alignment of the door. We woke up last Saturday morning to discover that we couldn't open the garage door. The spring had snapped overnight! We called Precision and a technician was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He had everything he needed with him to make the repair. It only took a couple of hours and now the door works better than it ever has. Highly recommend!

Precision Garage Door of Delaware was excellent. I had an issue yesterday (9/9/26) and sent a message to them and they responded within what seemed like minutes. I was able to get an appointment on 9/10/26 which what great considering my door was inoperable. I received an email when the technician was on the way and one when he arrived, on time I may add. The technician, Tim Strauss was outstanding. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done and also some suggestions. When decisions were made Tim got right to it and performed the work. Tim was very informative, I asked him quite a few questions and he was very courteous and receptive. Precision deserves the five star rating and I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

My service Tech was Taylor. I had a problem installing a keypad for my garage door. I was not successful to the point that the garage door was essentially inoperative no matter what I did. I called a number associated with Genie service and got Precision Garage Door Service. I spoke to Jenn and she was able to get an appointment the same day ( May 28th ~ 12:30pm ) for between 2-6pm. Taylor arrived around 3:30. It turned out I made procedural errors in attempting to program the remote to the door. Taylor then programmed the keypad properly so all devices to open the door were working properly. He also indicated the manual release of the door was NOT connected properly. He fixed this issue as well and installed the remote keypad. Taylor was exceptional in service and professionalism.
