The repairman (Taylor) was extremely polite and professional. He replaced the broken spring in about 1 hour. He explained everything to me and gave me the options. He also gave us a 5% discount because of the coupon on your website. He knew what he was doing. I would certainly recommend him to my friends.

Today I met an Angel.....his name is Jorge Creech and he is a Service Technician with Precision Garage Door. You probably wonder what on earth an Angel would have to do with servicing a garage door problem. Well, besides being very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and honest on the business side.......as well as actually correcting the "problem".......Jorge took the opportunity to show me much kindness, warmth, and consideration when he realized I was facing some sad challenges in a personal capacity. Without hesitation or discomfort, he shared some very kind, heart-felt words of encouragement. I can only conclude that the President & Owner, Mr. Brandon Falone, fondly values this type of person as well. This is certainly the type of Company, Owner and Employee I want to give my business to, and will share their information with everyone I know. Thank you, Jorge!! Thank you, Mr. Falone!!

Taylor was very prompt, he called before arriving to say he'll be here in 10mins. I had a problem with my garage door not opening with the handheld remote. He changed out my sensors, gave me a new keypad and lubrication. He also gave me several options for my future needs. I would recommend him any time.

My service Tech was Taylor. I had a problem installing a keypad for my garage door. I was not successful to the point that the garage door was essentially inoperative no matter what I did. I called a number associated with Genie service and got Precision Garage Door Service. I spoke to Jenn and she was able to get an appointment the same day ( May 28th ~ 12:30pm ) for between 2-6pm. Taylor arrived around 3:30. It turned out I made procedural errors in attempting to program the remote to the door. Taylor then programmed the keypad properly so all devices to open the door were working properly. He also indicated the manual release of the door was NOT connected properly. He fixed this issue as well and installed the remote keypad. Taylor was exceptional in service and professionalism.

My technician called and gave me his ETA and he was right on time. He was courteous, personable and professional. He explained what the problem was in a matter of minutes. He then explained all of the workings to operate the garage door and gave me a quote and timeframe for when I might think about replacing the springs and motor. I was very happy with the technician.
