I recently had a service call to Precision Garage (7/21/05) because one of my rollers/coils was broken. The technician on call was a Taylor Bartow and all I can say is that he made the service call informative and was very diligent in supplying superior customer service. Because of professionalism and superior work I will always use Precision and I have already recommended to my neighbors. Our second time using Precision. Service, from the phone appointment to the actual visit was first rate. Technician Richard was cordial, professional and expert...going the extra mile AFTER the extra mile to see that we were not only fully repaired but informed of possible future needs without the kind of "hard sell" too often found in other vendors. Totally satisfied, the only reason we only rate them five stars is that there aren't six stars available here.... (PS...hey boss...give your people raises....they are all keepers ;)
