My technician was Taylor. He called and provided the time that he would arrive. He was prompt, professional, courteous and polite. Even though I was only having the rubber on the bottom of my garage door replaced, Taylor performed a complete inspection of the entire door and gave sound recommendations. Im happy to provide this glowing feedback for Taylor, since I feel that he provided outstanding service and should be commended!

Technician great job. Five minutes after he got there, everything was set and working again. but the pricing was ridiculous. Very expensive. All he did was reset everything and charge me an arm in a leg. Charged me $82 for one remote. The remote is sold on Amazon for $15 for two. a rip off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jorge C. was great! He called to let me know is arrival time within the range I was given. He analyzed and reviewed my garage issue. He gave me a couple of options and was able to work with me on the best fit for my situation. Since my garage was coming off the track, I weighed my options to get the job done.
