We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. Matthew gave me a business card and I will definitely call again.

We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.

My garage door was not working properly so I called this company and was able to get an appointment for today. Eric Bartow came out checked the problem and gave recommendations for the problem. I have been so pleased with this company from day 1! Justin arrived on time, was extremely friendly and informative. He explained everything about this garage door. He cleaned everything it looks like a new house. The entire staff worked with me with a difficult schedule and reassured me that the garage door would be stored until I could arrange the date of installation. WELL DONE!

Our experience with Precision Garage Door was very positive. Our technician Eric Gerres was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He installed our garage door, explained the features, how to do maintenance to extend the life of the door and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would highly recommend Precision and Eric if you need your garage door installed or repaired.

Extremely pleasant and hard working. Came out in the snow storm that we had a couple of weeks ago and got my garage door that came off of the tracks unstuck and able to close. Then, Matthew came back out to replace various parts for a long-term fix.

The installer of my garage door, Andrew McCluskey, was wonderful. The door was not installed the first time he came due to a missing part which is not his fault; however, because I needed the garage door done, he accommodated the day that was convenient for me and came back to install it himself. He also offered me the option of clearing part of my garage so I will not do it myself.
