I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.

I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work. I created an issue w my garage door “openers”. Nothing was working, the remotes, keypads, car remote and wall mount YouTube could not save me. Other garage door help sites did not provide a clear path to address the issues. I called Precision. 2 Techs, Eric and Ben arrived the next morning. They fixed the issue (s) in 10 minutes. Both were professional and extremely helpful!

Travis Kalista arrived within two hours of our service call and got everything working on our old doors but suggested that our 12+ year old system could be replaced and work better. He returned the next day and replaced and programmed two new garage door openers and all supporting hardware. The new system is much smoother and quieter than the old system and has new features that the old system did not. He did a great job on a timely basis and was very patient and helpful in showing us the new features.

Richie called us to let us know he was just arriving at the appointment before ours and could possibly be early to our 12:00-2:00 window and would it be ok if he was early. We said absolutely and Richie called us when he finished his appointment to let us know he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived he asked us what the issue was and then went to check.
