I found out about you from my son who had a new door installed new construction. Your company was easy to get an appointment. Receive a text and email when technician was on way. Upon meeting Jesse, he was professional and provided me with different alternatives of what was needed. He installed a new motor and provided me with directions on the new keypad, new garage door opener and how to do the MyQ app. Great experience and will have him come back soon to install new opener for the other garage door. Trevor installed our door in the fall. In December one of our remot s stopped working. Trevor came and reprogrammed it. Then a few days ago they both stopped working. Trevor returned this am and reprogrammed one and gave us a new one, too. Trevor is polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him solve our problem, again. Appreciated the prompt service.

Eric was awesome. I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Eric showed up, early I might add, looked at both of my broken doors. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on the very reasonable price. He ran to grab a couple of things from the warehouse that he needed, came back fixed both doors in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish!
