Eric and Trevor came to my home to service my garage door opener. After discussing situation, I decided it best to replace the whole system. They did a great job installing my new liftmaster. Eric finished up with all the instructions and new features I needed to know about. I was very impressed with both Eric and Trevors professionalism, courtesy and skills in performing their job. I called after regular business hours - when I remembered I needed to reschedule my appointment for the next day. It was no problem, and was able to get it rescheduled, same day later time. When they arrived it was so easy, quick and installed without any issues. Worth the price it cost!!

My service call was answered promptly and Eric the technician came out the next day. I received multiple emails and texts in stating who my tech was, a picture and his number. He called prior to getting to my location and I received a follow up email after he left. Delivery of a new garage door was about a week since it was stock. Wry happy that I found Precision!
