My Garage Door needed to be replaced as it had some defects from when I bought my house and the builder indicated the I must have damaged it - 5 years later the I had the springer broke and I decided to replace the defective garage as well. I contacted Precision. Walter arrived promptly for my appointment time and explained several options for the garage door plus new springs, cables etc. He was very professional and courteous. I took about 3 weeks before the Door came in and Bryan was the installer who was also very professional and courtesy. It was excellent work. I had a slight issue two weeks later and contacted them again - when my door would not close - Walter - arrived about 2 hours after I called to report the issue, he corrected the issue within 5 minutes as it was the safety sensors that needed to be tightened and aligned. Excellent workmanship as well as professionalism Highly recommended this team

Precision did an outstanding job replacing my damaged garage door. The rep came the same day, presented me with several options and an estimate for each. Unfortunately he was unable to reset the opener for technical reasons beyond his control. I will have to speak directly with the manufacturer.
