Precision had installed a new Liftmaster opener last year. During this past year, the door itself started showing its age. So, I called Precision for a service call. Precision quickly scheduled a service call, Called me in advance of arrival and was on time. The Technician was wonderfully knowledgeable and fixed my problem. In addition, I ordered a new door because of the current ones age and excessive wear. The Tech was most helpful and professional. I give this company 5 stars for its professionalism. Eric Bartow was our technician. Up front about everything. We thought we were only getting a new belt drive. But our garage door was almost 20 years old. They don't replace old belts. So we went with a new opener. Yes, their price is high. But I'm 100 percent sure if we have a problem with the opener, they will come ASAP.
