I created an issue w my garage door “openers”. Nothing was working, the remotes, keypads, car remote and wall mount YouTube could not save me. Other garage door help sites did not provide a clear path to address the issues. I called Precision. 2 Techs, Eric and Ben arrived the next morning. They fixed the issue (s) in 10 minutes. Both were professional and extremely helpful!

Called Precision at around 11:00 this morning. Garage door was stuck about 3/4 down in the closed position. Said they could send someone between 12 and 2. Eric Bartow arrived around 12:30. Turns out our door which was installed by another company was not installed properly and we were on borrowed time. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with the installation and what needed to be done to correct it. Given what was broken with the door everything Eric said made sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Eric to anyone in need of garage door repair.

Eric Bartow was our technician. Up front about everything. We thought we were only getting a new belt drive. But our garage door was almost 20 years old. They don't replace old belts. So we went with a new opener. Yes, their price is high. But I'm 100 percent sure if we have a problem with the opener, they will come ASAP.

Eric and Trevor came to my home to service my garage door opener. After discussing situation, I decided it best to replace the whole system. They did a great job installing my new liftmaster.
