Garage door opener stopped working so i called the company that installed it. They cam and stated the gears were broken and the unit needed to be replaced along with the springs recently installed by Precision on a previous service visit. After quoting my over 1000 I informed them i would call them back. Instead I called Precision as I previously had service for the spring. My technician Richard Clemente arrived the next day took one look at my unit and advised it was not broken. Richard reprogrammed the unit and it worked perfectly. He reprogrammed my remotes and was extremely professional. Thank you for being honest and fair.

I was so happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The track on one of my garage doors had come loose and needed to be better affixed to the wall. My service tech, Richard, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He recommended a few things to do in the future and sent me invoices showing what it would cost when I'm ready. He was never pushy and I appreciated all his input. I would definitely call Precision again for all my garage door needs!

I chose Precision Garage Door of Delaware because I am a returning customer. They did such a great job last time, when the need arose for Garage Door work, I called them again. It is hard to improve on perfection. That is exactly what I received this time also. I had a new installer this time, Richard Clemente, he was exactly like the previous experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful, explained what was causing my problem and how to solve it. Good work can be expensive, but he gave me a price I could live with, and the work was performed quickly, cleanly, politely. I would recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware to anyone, especially my friends! I had broken a spring, and needed new springs, rollers, cables, and re-alignment of the door. Can lift it now with one hand! David L. Majors Wyoming, DE 19934

We woke up last Saturday morning to discover that we couldn't open the garage door. The spring had snapped overnight! We called Precision and a technician was able to come out in just a couple of hours. He had everything he needed with him to make the repair. It only took a couple of hours and now the door works better than it ever has. Highly recommend!

Richard was very polite and took time to explain all my options in deciding what door opener to buy. He did excellent work and cleaned up his work area. I feel very lucky that I had him advise me on this project. He was not pushy or overbearing as some reps are. Thank you for a project well done.

I researched a few companies and Precision Garage door consistently received great reviews. Richard Clemente was our technician and he did a wonderful job inspecting our door, ensuring the builder of our new home had done a proper job, and recommended some updates where necessary - performing those updates in a timely and friendly manner.

I wish all businesses were as pleasant, easy and efficient to work with as Precision! I have been a customer for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience or a quality problem. The information/photo of the technician is comforting - as you know with certainty who you are letting into your home! Arrival times are honored - emails are sent tracking tech's ETA. It is just a pleasure!

My technician called and gave me his ETA and he was right on time. He was courteous, personable and professional. He explained what the problem was in a matter of minutes. He then explained all of the workings to operate the garage door and gave me a quote and timeframe for when I might think about replacing the springs and motor. I was very happy with the technician.

I contacted Precision Garage Door because my door would not open. I was able to receive same day service. The technician that came out was Richard Clemente. I couldn't be happier with the results. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the exact cause of the issue. He provided a transparent quote, was very professional and completed the repairs to a very high standard. It is rare to find a contractor who respects your time and property this much. I highly recommended Precision Garage Door and Richard Clemente as well!

Precision has been exclusively my go-to for garage door service for years. Most recently, they've installed two new openers for me in the past three years (one for each door). At first, I was a little disappointed in the limited selection of units they made available for installation, and their pricing is on the mid-to-high side, but that seems to be because they only deal in higher-end equipment. Normally, I'm a "best-price-wins" shopper, but Precision offers so much in the way of service, quality, follow-up, timeliness, and responsiveness that it more than makes up for the few extra dollars I might have put out. They are always very courteous, professional, and helpful. And they have always responded to me and been able to service my doors/door openers within 2 days of my request - usually within one day! The staff, from the phone service to the technicians to the management, is extremely friendly and professional, while also being extraordinarily knowledgeable and efficient. I almost didn't want to call them for my recent repair because I figured it was tool menial of a job and it would be to expensive. They worked with me to figure out a way to cover the service, and I am, once again, extremely happy with their service and the results.
