Bob Strauss did a great job diagnosing and repairing my garage door issue. The door had begun making an alarming noise and Bob quickly determined the cause was related to the belt that is drivin by my Chamberlain garage door opener. He resolved the problem pretty quickly. On July 8th Andrew McCluskey came to repair my garage door opener at my home. First Mr. McCluskey evaluated my garage door opener. My garage opener was old and beyond repairs. Then he shared some estimations of new garage openers with me. Mr. McCluskey was very polite and patient with me. He did not select any of the new openers, he waited for me to select the opener that was best for my garage door! Andrew did an excellent job with the installment of the new garage door opener!

Josh Bourdon was the technician from Precision Garage doors who installed my new garage doors. Josh was very helpful and professional in all he did. He was very polite, on time, and did a wonderful job overall. Would definitely recommend him and Precision to anyone looking to install new garage doors. He also explained maintenance of the new doors and told me if I had any trouble just give them a call. A job well done!!!

Good and bad. A spring on my overhead garage door opener broke. The old service place was long gone so I called these guys. First I had to listen to a recording saying they recorded all their messages--three times before I was put through to a scheduler. I asked for a next day appointment and they were able to make that happen. The tech called that morning and asked if he could come an hour earlier than the scheduled time, that was fine for me. Richard was an excellent technician, he was fast and efficient. First thing was a 15 minute safety review and a lot of notations on an IPad. Sounds good, but basically it is an opportunity to up-sell the customer with extra repairs they may not need. When I told him what repairs I needed and that was all, he did not press me. I decided before he even arrived to replace both springs because they were getting old and if one broke the other may break soon. When I received the bill I noticed a ten dollar fuel charge, for a local service call. No, that is like asking for a tip at a self service kiosk, just another charge . The bill was almost $500 for two springs, and a small pulley plus an hour's labor. Ten years ago I would have ordered them online and installed then myself.

My garage door torsion spring broke. I called Precision Garage door of Delaware for service since that was the company which installed the door about 12 years ago. I spoke to a very nice scheduler who was able to get a technician to me the very next day. Taylor Bartow was my technician for this repair. He was on time and he called me with his estimate ETA. I also got texts and emails from precision to confirm my 2 hour window of service. After inspecting the door He presented me with three options with explanations for the level of repair I desired. I decided on which option I preferred and Taylor then immediately went to work. He was safe, clean, professional and efficient. He took great care to adjust the spring, the track and the door opener correctly. I am very satisfied with Precision and with Taylor. If I have future issues with my garage doors I will definitely call them again.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new garage doors. Ryan, was very informative and answered my questions about the functions of the various options on the door openers in easy to understand detail. The doors are well insulated and solid. I no longer see gaps around the outer edges of the door. Plus, these new doors are much quieter. I highly recommend Precision garage door of Delaware, they do outstanding, quality work.

Great team. They installed 3 custom 10x12 doors on my new pole building. Communication was over the top, letting me know every detail along the way and showing me exactly what was going on. 10/10 would recommend them for your custom garage door needs!!! *1/7/25 Andrew came back out to adjust our doors for a better seal against the weatherstripping. The springs were also adjusted to keep the doors higher in the tracks. Thank you again for top notch service!

Richard Clemente was great! My spring broke late afternoon, I got an appointment for that evening. Rich went over the points on the door mechanism. He replaced all the hardware, added an additional spring (I have a double door), and showed me where to lubricate the door.
