Finding none he concluded the sensor had burned out. 15 minutes later a new set of sensors were in place and problem resolved. Explained each step and what to be monitoring as the door lift motor ages. Great service.

Richard was polite, inspected all the components including the springs, rails and opener. He lubricated all parts and was able to reset the keypad and improve my remote's transmission. The service charge for all of this was very reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and Precision Garage Door Services.
