Eric was awesome. I was extremely impressed with the entire process! Eric showed up, early I might add, looked at both of my broken doors. Gave me an estimate, we agreed on the very reasonable price. He ran to grab a couple of things from the warehouse that he needed, came back fixed both doors in a couple of hours. Great experience from start to finish!

I made an appointment to have my garage door serviced late one afternoon. I was able to secure an appointment for the following morning at 10 AM. My technician, Eric, arrived on time. He could not have been more professional, or more courteous. He explained all of the work that needed to be done on my door in detail, and how long it would take to complete the job. He finished the work exactly within the timeframe he had stated, and thanked me for my business. I wish all contractors operated with this level of professionalism!

Excellent service by your technician. Knowledgeable and professional. Appreciated the call prior to arrival with an eta. Explained everything about the issue and its repair. He did recommend an additional repair not needed yet but would be necessary in a couple of years. I wish I had it done at the time. My fault entirely but I decided not to have it done at the time. What he was called for originally was a broken spring which he quickly pointed out and replaced with a new one obviously superior to the builder grade one we received with the home.

Richard was terrific. I received a text with his name a picture and approximate arrival time. I also received a phone call from him to verify my order and to tell me how far away he was. He was extremely professional courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job would definitely recommend Precision and Rick to my neighbors, especially since its a new development and the homes didnt come with openers.

Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door. The over all experience was truly what everyone wants from a reputable, professionally driven company...besides having a broken garage door, best phone call we have made in years.

Called Precision yesterday, broken spring and other items. They responded immediately, assessed the issues and proposed an appropriate solution. Today, I have a like new door with all new working parts. Quiet, modern, and a very nice camera/app to monitor usage and remote management. Eric was phenomenal and very helpful. Set everything up and walked me through everything. Not rushed and very thorough. Definitely recommend.

Trevor showed up right on time. Very nice guy, and a pleasure to deal with. Our chain had come off the rail. He inspected the pully on the door side of the rail...plastic broken. Naturally, he didn't have one and due to the opener's 14 year age, he started talking about a new one. I was open to that, having experience on the life of openers. When he quoted the price for a new one. My wife and I gasped. However, partly because I didn't feel up to chasing down competitors, but mostly because of Trevor's personality, we went ahead and had him install a new belt drive unit. I am very pleased. He did a great job in an hour or so. Ultimately I am a happy customer; great product, belt driven so it's very quiet, more hp motor, even wifi so we can answer "did we close the garage door?", and close it from afar. Would definitely use Precision again. Summary: expensive-units at the big box stores around 1/2 the price without installation. Probably came in around $200 more than buying at big box with installation. The wall units, and install and Trevor were worth it to us
