He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. Walter was my technician who came to reset my garage opener after I had changed internet providers. He worked for at least two hours . Unfortunately he was unable to reset the opener for technical reasons beyond his control. I will have to speak directly with the manufacturer. Walter worked diligently to get the job done .He was very helpful, polite and professional. I would definitely want to work with him again if needed in the future.
