We had used a garage repair in 2013 (turns out it was PRECISION). My husband was sick for 3 years and could not get outside. Sadly he passed away in 2025. Handle on my garage door has been broke for some time and had been putting it off. Thinking, if this thing breaks, I am "screwed" (sorry). Trevor and Jesse showed up in the time frame given, and went right to work checking the problem. Turns out the "hardware" is part that comes with each door. Mine could not be repaired. I had told them in the beginning I don't want a new door -- but either way it need to be fixed. So a new door it is. Thanks for being part of the Delmarva community and for showing up. New door should take about 3-4 weeks and installation would be (1 guy) about 1 day. THANKS AGAIN, Sharon Bienicewicz

We were very pleased that you had availablity to come to our home on July 3, the day after our garage door broke. Our installer, Trevor, was wonderful and was very effiicient. Unfortunately, the garage door opener that was installed was defective and stopped working within 24 hours. We placed a call on the 4ht of July and was able to get Trevor back to the house on July 5th. He determined that the unit was defective and replaced it for us. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic for the situation. Overall, we were very pleased with your service and would absolutely recommend your company. We purchased our Precision Garage Door in October 2019 and have never had a problem. All of a sudden, we could open it but it would stop 1/3 of the way down when closing. Trevor and Vito came by this afternoon, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, and fixed it with a full explanation. The light that tracks objects that could block the door from closing was slightly out of alignment, and the green light was off. Now we know how to rectify this should it ever happen again. Trevor did an outstanding job! First he communicated with me before he arrived which made me very comfortable knowing who was coming. Second, he fully explained everything that he was going to assess the situation in order to give me options for estimates. After discussing all the options, I explained I would love to have one of them done but was unable to afford all the features offered. After discussing it, we decided I would eliminate some of the items and finally came to an agreement that would work. After that, my garage door opener was installed in an hour and I love it! Trevor was so personable and knowledgeable. He definitely is an asset to this company.

Trevor installed our door in the fall. In December one of our remot s stopped working. Trevor came and reprogrammed it. Then a few days ago they both stopped working. Trevor returned this am and reprogrammed one and gave us a new one, too. Trevor is polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him solve our problem, again. Made an appointment for Saturday so I could be home. Trevor called in advance to inform me that he was on his way. Trevor was friendly, professional, and neatly went about his work. I suspected my issue was a broken tension spring, and Trevor verified my suspicions. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Although a little pricier than I thought it would be, I now have a much better system than before that should last. Plus, I have a 5-year warranty. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.

Travis Kalista arrived within two hours of our service call and got everything working on our old doors but suggested that our 12+ year old system could be replaced and work better. He returned the next day and replaced and programmed two new garage door openers and all supporting hardware. The new system is much smoother and quieter than the old system and has new features that the old system did not. He did a great job on a timely basis and was very patient and helpful in showing us the new features.

My garage door did not open this morning. I called precision door at 8:30 am, was very professionally greeted on the phone. The young lady that took the call, arranged an appointment the same morning. With our service tech, Trevor Kalista. He arrived within the specified timeframe. After performing a safety evaluation of the door, Trevor presented me with three options. We chose to replace all of the parts, including the motor. Trevor started the job and completed the repair within two hours. He then reviewed the system so that we were made thoroughly informed.
