Woke up to a garage door problem. Tried some quick fixes. No luck. Wound up calling Precision and Ron Hunt was here in 75 minutes on a Saturday. No extra fee for the weekend. He assessed the situation. We talked options and pricing. He got to work and had the repair completed in an hour (springs, cables, drum bearings). Well use Precision again without hesitation.

Trevor Kalista did a fantastic job. He repaired the coils (one was broken) on 2 garage doors and the motor on one garage door. Trevor thoroughly explained every issue/problem concerning the garage doors and what needed to be done to complete the issues.

Richie called us to let us know he was just arriving at the appointment before ours and could possibly be early to our 12:00-2:00 window and would it be ok if he was early. We said absolutely and Richie called us when he finished his appointment to let us know he was 10 minutes out. When he arrived he asked us what the issue was and then went to check. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed and resolved a bad wire in one of our sensors. Great experience all around.

Went online to set up an appointment with Precision Garage Door of Delaware and Eastern Shore Maryland last night (113/24). Next morning Trevor Kalista contacted me that he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. He repaired my garage door and had it working by noon. Trevor made the experience easy and pleasant I would definitely recommend them to anyone having garage door issues.

We just had our garage door motor finally give out. We called Precision Garage Door of Delaware on a Saturday morning and they were able to send us a technician by 3pm that same day. Our service rep, named Trevor was absolutely tremendous regarding his professionalism and his technical skills to fix our door. His advice and explanation of the entire process was top notch. Ron was here in Jan3rd to install a new garage door. He called before hand to give me his time of arrival, showed up on time and was very pleasant. He kept me informed and answered all my questions. He also helped me program both of my cars to synch with the door opener and helped synch the outside panel. He did a great job and if you get home as your installer you'll be very pleased
