I set this appointment up on Sat for Monday 2-6pm. Richard Armbruster was here Monday at 2pm! What I liked the most is Precision Door sent me a text with my technician’s name and photograph so that I knew who was come. He looked at the door, discussed the problem and the age of the door. Left everything up to me on what I wanted done. He fixed the door and was finished in 1/2 hr. He also programmed my door in my new Jeep! I will be buying a new door for the garage in 2027 and will be buying it from Precision!

At our request, Richie provided an equipment estimate for the builder-grade system installed two years ago in our newly built home. While the current system is functional and without issue at the moment, we have reservations about its long-term durability given the lower quality grade. What we appreciated most was Richie’s candor and experience. Based on today’s appointment, we are evaluating the written estimate he provided, which will likely lead to an upgrade in the near future. When we schedule the upgrade, it will be predicated on Richie being the assigned technician to complete the job. Richard Armbruster from Precision Garage Door arrived at my home in Bear Trap Ocean View DE , evaluated my garage, replaced the motor and springs. During the visit Richard was coordial, extremely knowledgeable, and performed his work in a timely manner. Richard explained everything he did and took the time to show me how the new Liftmaster system worked. I felt Precision's prices were reasonable and have used the previously at our MD home, trust is a big word...I trust this company.

Technician Richard Armbruster came out, assessed our "original" garage door and mechanicals, provided options and thoroughly explained what each option would entail/cost. Our garage door was groaning and squealing so loud that you could hear it to the end of our neighborhood street! Richard had all equipment on the vehicle and replaced what we agreed to replace in less than 2 hours. Now our new equipment is as quiet as a whisper, works perfectly and is under a multi-year warranty. Precision had installed a new Liftmaster opener last year. During this past year, the door itself started showing its age. So, I called Precision for a service call. Precision Garage Door installed two new garage doors with openers in Sept 2024. We had a great experience working with them in selecting them and then having them installed.
