We used Precision Garage Door for the first time today. We used another company who did not treat us fairly and did not repair the garage door. Our technician, Trevor, was honest, explained all options and completed the new garage door opener installation completely and took his time to make sure everything worked. He is truly a great technician and I highly recommend this company.

Very fast response to my online scheduling appointment. Tech arrived within 2 hours. Accurate online tracking system on where the tech is and ETA on arrival. Matt assessed the problem and made additional recommendations to prolong the life of operating parts that make the garage dor open and close. I thought the repair prices were high but I liked the 5 year warranty on parts and labor

Precision was the only garage door repair company to answer their phone when I called on a Saturday. They scheduled me immediately for the following day and gave me an idea of their pricing. Tim called to ask if he could come 30 minutes early, which was great! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Thinking about our new pole barn that will need a garage door system soon, I would absolutely use them again.

The technician, Richard Armbruster arrived early to attend to my garage door opener problem. Fortunately, it was only a dead battery but I had no idea. He installed a new battery and I immediately had access to the garage from the outside again. My remote opener for the car had broken in an accident and Richard said he would check to see if he had the kind that was needed. He did and I am so grateful.... I now have the access and flexibility for full use of the garage door opener. Richard was professional, polite and completely friendly. I am totallly impressed with Richard and this wonderful company - Precision Garage Door of Delaware. AAAAA+++++

Eric was professional and personable, he did text prior to his visit with arrival time and I appreciate that.. Adjusted my sensors - took all of 10 minutes ($90 was a tad excessive but oh well, I didnt know how to fix it myself so next time Ill give it a try).

Our second time using Precision. Service, from the phone appointment to the actual visit was first rate. Technician Richard was cordial, professional and expert...going the extra mile AFTER the extra mile to see that we were not only fully repaired but informed of possible future needs without the kind of "hard sell" too often found in other vendors. Totally satisfied, the only reason we only rate them five stars is that there aren't six stars available here.... (PS...hey boss...give your people raises....they are all keepers ;)
