Our garage door came off the track on a Tuesday night and could not open or close. I called Precision at 11:30 p.m. and talked to a bright, professional, young woman who scheduled us for service the very next morning (Wednesday). Jesse came out, evaluated our problem, and gave us several options to solve the issue. He was straightforward and knowledgeable. Instead of a repair that would have only put off further serious problems, we ordered a new door. We can’t wait for it to be installed. Based on our experience with Precision so far, we are confident that the end result will be 100% safe and a beautiful replacement for what was a ticking time bomb.

I found out about you from my son who had a new door installed new construction. Your company was easy to get an appointment. Receive a text and email when technician was on way. Upon meeting Jesse, he was professional and provided me with different alternatives of what was needed. He installed a new motor and provided me with directions on the new keypad, new garage door opener and how to do the MyQ app. Great experience and will have him come back soon to install new opener for the other garage door. I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work. Kudos to Precision and to Jesse Johnson, the technician sent to repair our garage door that stopped working thanks to a couple of broken cables and other issues.
