I chose Precision Garage Door of Delaware after reviewing their ratings and comments. They did not disappoint! On-line scheduling couldn’t have been easier and my tech Aaron arrived on time and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or professional. Work was completed quickly and charge was reasonable. Five star service from start to finish!

Aaron was very professional, courteous and personable. He listened to what my concern was and told me how it would be addressed. He also explained how he would conduct a thorough check of the garage door and all its mechanisms. After doing so, he provided all possible options available to me with prices. There was no sales pressure involved which I greatly appreciated. After I decided what I wanted done, he completed the job in a professional and timely manner. I could not ask for better service from a company and its staff member. I will definitely use Precision Door again if the need arises.

I chose Precision because they installed a new garage door opener for my home 2 years ago. The light on the opener was not working and I called Precision. As my previous experience the technicians were very professional and friendly. My opener is covered under warranty and they ordered the new part for installation by them when it comes in. I highly recommit Precision for anyone needing a garage door service.
