Trevor did an outstanding job! First he communicated with me before he arrived which made me very comfortable knowing who was coming. Second, he fully explained everything that he was going to assess the situation in order to give me options for estimates. After discussing all the options, I explained I would love to have one of them done but was unable to afford all the features offered. After discussing it, we decided I would eliminate some of the items and finally came to an agreement that would work. After that, my garage door opener was installed in an hour and I love it! Trevor was so personable and knowledgeable. He definitely is an asset to this company.

We called Precision because our door was originally installed by the company and we have always heard good things from other customers. Our techinian Tony told us, and more importantly, showed us, exactly what was wrong with our door's operation, and gave us detailed options about how to fix it. No high pressure, just explanation and facts (ideal presentation!). We replaced various parts and the remotes but the whole door itself didn't need replacement now. Not sure about exact description of all the parts, so picked just one from the list below.

Trevor installed our door in the fall. In December one of our remot s stopped working. Trevor came and reprogrammed it. Then a few days ago they both stopped working. Trevor returned this am and reprogrammed one and gave us a new one, too. Trevor is polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him solve our problem, again. Appreciated the prompt service.

I created an issue w my garage door “openers”. Nothing was working, the remotes, keypads, car remote and wall mount YouTube could not save me. Other garage door help sites did not provide a clear path to address the issues. I called Precision. 2 Techs, Eric and Ben arrived the next morning. They fixed the issue (s) in 10 minutes. Both were professional and extremely helpful!
