The service guy showed up on time and within a couple hours our garage door was repaired. The service man was knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend Precision.

Our initial phone call was received at the office by Christine, who was fantastic. We woke up to a broken garage door spring and could not lift the door manually. She understood the problem and and addressed it with amazing professionalism and regard for our problem and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then Eric, our tech, showed up on time and took time to look the door over for other concerns, and relayed those to us. In the end we had our spring replaced and will use Precision in the future to replace an aging door. The over all experience was truly what everyone wants from a reputable, professionally driven company...besides having a broken garage door, best phone call we have made in years.
