Matthew Taylor of Precision Garage Door of Delaware fixed our broken garage door by replacing the torsion spring that had broken. He also recommended replacing the other parts of the 20+ year old garage door. After he completed replacing all the parts, he also made sure the door was balanced and made adjustments to the garage door opener so that it practically made no noise as it opened or closed! It felt like getting a brand new garage door! Jorge Creech of Precision Garage Door of Delaware came to the house to adjust the door so that there was no gap at the top of the door. This only took him about 15-20 minutes and was at no charge. Thanks to Jorge for coming to my house less than 2 hours after I called and for the quick adjustment!

Dylan Younger and his partner installed two new garage doors, motors, openers, trim, etc. They were both professional, personable, and very exact on making sure everything was as perfect as possible--even touch-up paint on infinitesimal imperfections on the doors. Will definitely use Precision for any future needed work.

We had Brenden come to replace our garage door and he did the whole job by himself. He never once stopped and it took him all day. He had adjustments to make and any questionable things--he asked me before just assuming the answer. He took the time to show me what alterations he needed to make and when he was all done-he explained everything to me (including how to use the spray lubricant). He was extremely polite, knowledgable and a very hard and quality conscience technician. I would highly recommend Precision (and Brendan) to anyone who needs any garage door repairs or replacements.

Had a need for garage door spring repair and Precision had Mike come by. Had a faulty lift pulley which he fixed then took care of and then adjusted all moving parts bringing the system up to perfect operation. Had Precision in 3 years ago to replace a broken spring and in the process updated the other moving parts. All work done by Ron was under warranty service today too. He was quick, clean, extremely good at explaining and then took a lot of time for final adjustments. He was very very particular about making the repair better than good. Highly recommend them. Garage door and system is 14 years old now and had Precision in for adjustment and the trim pieces replaced- Walter and Eric did a very neat and quick job- once again they are doing great work keeping our moderately old garage door working like new and at very reasonable cost.

I phoned Precision Garage Door of Delaware today to fix our two relatively new garage doors, which have been incredibly loud opening and closing, since they were purchased from, and installed by, someone who drove by in a truck and gave me a "hard to believe" low bid for purchasing and installing them. So much for low bids. These two doors have been a nightmare ever since they were "installed" if that's the right word. Anyway, fed up with all the vibrations and screeching sounds when opening and closing these doors, I called Precision Garage Door today, and within two hours, Michael Cahill showed up to correct the nightmare. And did he ever. I'd have to put Mr. Cahill in the top ten of all technicians I've ever hired in my lifetime, and I'm 72 years old, so I've made my share of hiring technicians. I was amazed at the depth of technical knowledge Mr. Cahill had concerning garage doors, and how attentive he was to details. As I watched him (and helped out by handing him nearby tools he needed) I was convinced that I was watching a true craftsman at work. I will probably be purchasing new garage door openers in the near future, and I know who I will be calling to install them. Michael Cahill is a winner, along with Precision Garage Door.

Richard was on time and he did call 1 hr ahead. He listen, asked questions and then inspected our garage parts. After that he asked more questions. When he was satisfied with what he saw and heard he put together 3 different solutions. Explained each and why that was a solution. I chose what I wanted Richard to do. He went about his business quietly, efficiently, and professionally. Job was done. Area was clean. I asked for and was given information that I may use going forward, and if I do I WILL ask for Richard specifically. Happy Customer
