The installer of my garage door, Andrew McCluskey, was wonderful. The door was not installed the first time he came due to a missing part which is not his fault; however, because I needed the garage door done, he accommodated the day that was convenient for me and came back to install it himself. He also offered me the option of clearing part of my garage so I will not do it myself.

Technician Tim Strauss was excellent! He was very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I actually dealt with another company several years ago for our original garage door opener, and I attempted to contact them this time to update the opener, however they never answered their phone - I tried multiple times. I moved on and contacted Precision Garage Door, and Im very glad I did. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware & Eastern Shore Maryland and technician Tim Strauss.

Richard was on time and he did call 1 hr ahead. He listen, asked questions and then inspected our garage parts. After that he asked more questions. When he was satisfied with what he saw and heard he put together 3 different solutions. Explained each and why that was a solution. I chose what I wanted Richard to do. He went about his business quietly, efficiently, and professionally. Job was done. Area was clean. I asked for and was given information that I may use going forward, and if I do I WILL ask for Richard specifically. Happy Customer
