So yesterday my wife was closing the garage door in our barn and the top section of the door came off the track, and knocked her to the floor where she than hit her head on the cement floor. Fortunately she is ok. I called Precision Garage Door this mourning and they showed up within the hour. the technician, Richard Clemente explained what he recommended to be done and showed us the problem. He replaced the rollers and the pulleys. He did the same for all of our garage doors. They work so much better now. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware.

After backing my car out of our garage with the door half down and looking at the damage, we called Precision Door Repair. They got back to us in minutes, and the next day, a technician arrived, ready to repair the damage. We were expecting that we would have to replace the door. The price of the repair was very reasonable. We appreciate the professional way they handled our situation, and we highly recommend them.

Great overall experience!! Shortly after placing a call to request service, Taylor arrived and quickly determined the source of my garage door malfunctioning. He then proceeded to replace the extension cables and springs. Everything was completed to my satisfaction in one short visit.

Richard C came to my house promptly and delivered all my options thoroughly. Addressed any issues or questions and took my info. Received a call saying my door is in within the quoted time. Josh B arrived within the quoted hours and began work right away. He addressed any questions I had or issues with my garage. Pleased with the service. Update 16 Aug 2024: I thought i had a problem with my garage door. Scheduling services were quick easy and had fast responses. Andrew came out and thoroughly went through the entire door and system looking at my potential issues and concerns. He ensured me all was good, and took his time explaining everything and answering my questions. He also made sure I had the right tools for preventative maintenance. This is exactly why I continue to choose Precision Garage Door. Update - 1/9/25 - had an issue with a wire connection. Richard A came out and diagnosed it quickly, listened to my concerns, and fixed it within the same appointment. Payment was easy too. Again, highly recommend.

We accidentally damaged our garage door on April 20, 2024, Saturday. We called Precision Garage Door Company that afternoon, and they were able to send someone out for an estimate the very next day on Sunday morning!! Tim arrived the next morning around 9 AM, and he assessed the situation, gave us an estimate and he was also able to make some adjustments to the door and did some fixes that allowed us to be able to lower the door down so that the garage and house could be more secure until the repair could be done. Precision Door called me on Monday, April 21, and asked whether we could have the install on Tuesday or Thursday of this same week, and we chose Tuesday. Eric the installer arrived after 10 AM on Tuesday and had the entire door removed and the new one and a new garage door opener (Liftmaster) installed by 3:00 to 3:30 PM. Eric cleaned up everything after the work was completed, put the old door parts back on top of and in his truck, and even swept the garage floor thoroughly. We received two remotes with the garage door and Eric came back the next morning to install a thicker gasket on the bottom of the door and to provide us with three additional remotes, which we had paid for, because we had wanted a total of four of them. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Delaware. Their communication from their office, texts, and their estimator and installer are top notch. I don't know how we could be more happy and pleased with them. We will surely use them for any annual inspections and any repairs. The Liftmaster garage door works very quietly and is excellent.
