We are very satisfied with the replacement of our garage door opener. We reached out to Precision, heard back quickly and were able to schedule a service visit for the following day. Our service tech, Taylor Bartow, was punctual, personable, professional and meticulous. In a few short hours, we were back in business with a new WiFi capable LiftMaster with camera, new wiring, heavy duty door connection, motion detector, indoor and outdoor keypads and vehicle remotes. An all around five star experience.

Precision responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening after the spring on my garage door snapped. The completely repaired the door within an hour and a half. The following Saturday afternoon, there was another problem which prevented the door from closing. They responded within 30 minutes and had the door fixed quickly.
