Excellent service i originally called Delaware garage door who has worked and replaced my door opener they said they couldn't be out to May 13 are you kidding me. I called Percission Door and they came to my house within 1hour..Eric is a great technician and knows his job well.He fixed my problem plus inspected the door ant pointed out to me about some wore parts.he didn't pressure me about replaced some things but beings they came out when I called i gave them some extra work to do for me.Thank you very much I will recommend precision door anyday..you only get what you pay for.Great work.***** Five star

I had a great experience with Precision Door! My garage door springs suddenly broke, and they were able to come out the same dayhuge relief. The service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. Taylor, the technician, was excellentvery knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything clearly. He had the springs replaced quickly and had my garage door working like new in no time. Highly recommend Precision Door if you need prompt and reliable garage door service!

We called Precision to come out and take a look at our garage door. We were able to get same day service, which was much appreciated. Matthew Taylor arrived on time after texting us well in advance to let us know when he would arrive, including a picture for ID. He also called when he was a few minutes away. He went over our system with us, fixed the problem and was extremely honest and pleasant to work with. I thought the price was reasonable and was overall happy with the entire experience. Matthew gave me a business card and I will definitely call again.

My technician, Eric Bartow, did an excellent job in installing a new garage door opener in my garage. Prior to installation he came to my home to look at my garage door and garage interior. After his inspection, we sat down and he answered all of my questions. He is professional and very courteous.

Very Pleased with the door repair. The Scheduling individual was very atriculate, polite and professional. The communication thru out the process was appreciated. Tom Strauss was very well versed in problem solving, polite, and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. He cleaned up the work area and left the work are better then when he arrived. In a range of 1 to 5, I would award 10 Excellent. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs Overhead Garage Service They are the best..

Walter was my technician who came to reset my garage opener after I had changed internet providers. He worked for at least two hours . Unfortunately he was unable to reset the opener for technical reasons beyond his control. I will have to speak directly with the manufacturer. Walter worked diligently to get the job done .He was very helpful, polite and professional. I would definitely want to work with him again if needed in the future.

Precision Garage Door has excellent response and service. They were at my place within an hour. Tim Strauss the Technician was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection, he explained all repair options and prices. He completed the replacement & repairs in an hour. Tim was an expert technician. Had an almost new garage door in an hour, at reasonable price and 5 years warranty parts & labor. They were professional and customer oriented.

I called Precision Garage Door of Delaware in the a.m. and was able to schedule an appointment for that very afternoon. Bob Strauss, the technician called prior to arriving at my home at the scheduled time. He attempted to duplicate the door closing issue and while the door operated (for spite, I think!) there were safety issues with the 40 year old equipment. Bob explained the options in detail, listened to my concerns and addressed my questions in a professional manner. A new motor and some safety lines on the old springs and I have a garage door that rolls open in a smooth and quiet operation. I am very pleased with the service I received and the professionalism of Bob Strauss.
