Last night my garage door suddenly broke. It went off the track, the track bent, and I couldnt close the door all the way. First thing today I called Precision and they literally had someone at my house in less than 3 hours to assess the situation. The tech, Bob Strauss, was very professional and knowledgeable. He let us know that he could try to do short term fix and would do his best to make it work, but ultimately our garage door is 18 years old and should really be replaced. Thats what were going to do, but in the meantime Bob was able to get the door closed completely for security purposes. I look forward to working with Precision on my new garage door!

Trevor Kalista was a technician he sent us an email that said he was on his way. About 30 minutes out. We also received a phone call confirming the same. Trevor showed up at the expected time. He was very polite. When he was completed, he demonstrated all the installed parts of the door opener. He cleaned up the job site before he left. I would give Trevor an AAA+ and highly recommend precision Garage Door of Delaware. O by the way the young lady that answered our call was also polite and helpful. George Beck

Tim was awesome at diagnosing the problem. Something electronic with my 21 year old motor and door wouldnt open. Replaced motor, remotes, key pad and wall switch in 1.5 hours. He was on time, very thorough, polite and professional. Communication thru phone, text, email was superior. Would call again without any reservations!
