Jasper came and inspected my garage door thoroughly. He explained the deficiencies he saw and what he could do to remedy and make the door safer. He came today ON TIME and proceeded to put in a new Liftmaster opener for me. He also replaced some rusted springs and rollers. He is very polite, very knowledgeable and we succeeded with this job no pressure included! He cleaned his area up perfectly and also explained all of the new remotes and keypad. Couldnt have asked for a better guy to deal with!! 5 star work!!

I made an online appointment with Precsion garage doors after our garage door spring broke. I received a call from Tim the next day and he showed during the time frame I had selected. He showed me my options and had the garage door up and running in less then an hour. Perfect service.

I called at 8 and even though it wasnt an emergency they came within 30 minutes. Of course the garage door was working again but he correctly diagnosed the problem gave me three options and fixed it within an hour. The door is 27 years old and its finally programmed to my car Bob Strauss was great, pleasant and professional. Thank you Precision.

My garage door is 20 years old and it did not surprise me that the opener ceased to function properly. I called Precision and they sent a technician Trevor Kalista out within hours. Trevor explained to me that the gears were stripped and unable to grab the door. He would have to replace the motor, the chain pulley system, and moving gears. He originally thought it would be a 3-hour job but the challenges with this old door required 5 hours to repair. Trevor gave me the highest of service!

Tim was professional, courteous and experienced. He adjusted my door and I bought a keypad that he installed and helped program. When he was finished with what I thought was a complete job, he went back and adjusted just a little more because he wasn't satisfied just yet. Perfectionist.

He installed our garage door, explained the features, how to do maintenance to extend the life of the door and cleaned everything up when he was finished. Extremely pleasant and hard working. Came out in the snow storm that we had a couple of weeks ago and got my garage door that came off of the tracks unstuck and able to close. Then, Matthew came back out to replace various parts for a long-term fix.

My technician, Eric Bartow, was very personable, polite and friendly. I had a lot of questions that Eric addressed to my satisfaction. It happened I needed a new garage door opener and I learned the old one had a manufacturer's date of 1999. Eric installed a new one, explained advances that have improved the new one, detailed the features and offered me a senior discount. The job was completed in the time frame Eric promised. I'm happy with the wonderful job and the warm and respectful manner of this technician. I am really satisfied that I called the very best company for help and solutions.

Trevor was great. So friendly and knowledgeable. He even put up with my crazy black lab! Trevor was able to explain exactly what was wrong and the various options we had to fix it. I eventually went with the whole enchilada so I dont need to worry about the old decrepit opener we had. Very happy with the results and professionalism!

I called this morning at 10:30 and Precision was able to schedule me between 12 and 2 today. Jasper called to say he was 10 minutes away, showed up a little before 12 and had me up and running by 1:30. He replaced both springs, 10 rollers and center roller. He was prompt, very professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Jasper to work on your garage door!

Our garage door stopped working and we contacted Precision Garage Door Service. They came out next day and installed a new motor and springs. Jorge, our installer, was so knowledgeable and recommended the Lyft Master WiFi Garage door opener. We love the high tech features with video!!! We will only use Precision Garage Door Service and Jorge in the future!!

I called around 8:30 a.m. and he was able to be out here before 10:00 a.m. Replaced the broken springs, pointed out other ready for replacement parts on a 20+ year old door and replaced those as well. Totally happy with Ron's service as well as the company in general.
