My garage door got hung up and damaged on the roof rack of my jeep after my son lowered it before completely exiting the garage. Richard was able to safely lower it so that we wouldnt have to spend another night with it open. However, the door was damaged beyond repair. He took his time explaining to me why the door needed to be replaced. Set me up with estimates for different choices and options for a new garage door. Emailed all necessary paperwork and estimates. Assured that all the sent emails were received before leaving. I would definitely recommend using their services.
