Mr. Richard Clemente was sent to my home today to repair my garage door which was making awful noises. He arrived in temp of 100 outside and worked tirelessly for nearly 2 hours, but when he was done, door is quiet as could be and he was so polite and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and I really appreciate him through precision doors and I believe hes a star employee for this company-thank you again for sending Mr. Clemente to help me out today

Trevor showed up right on time. Very nice guy, and a pleasure to deal with. Our chain had come off the rail. He inspected the pully on the door side of the rail...plastic broken. Naturally, he didn't have one and due to the opener's 14 year age, he started talking about a new one. I was open to that, having experience on the life of openers. When he quoted the price for a new one. My wife and I gasped. However, partly because I didn't feel up to chasing down competitors, but mostly because of Trevor's personality, we went ahead and had him install a new belt drive unit. I am very pleased. He did a great job in an hour or so. Ultimately I am a happy customer; great product, belt driven so it's very quiet, more hp motor, even wifi so we can answer "did we close the garage door?", and close it from afar. Would definitely use Precision again. Summary: expensive-units at the big box stores around 1/2 the price without installation. Probably came in around $200 more than buying at big box with installation. The wall units, and install and Trevor were worth it to us

Bob Strauss did a great job diagnosing and repairing my garage door issue. The door had begun making an alarming noise and Bob quickly determined the cause was related to the belt that is drivin by my Chamberlain garage door opener. He resolved the problem pretty quickly. On July 8th Andrew McCluskey came to repair my garage door opener at my home. First Mr. McCluskey evaluated my garage door opener. My garage opener was old and beyond repairs. Then he shared some estimations of new garage openers with me. Mr. McCluskey was very polite and patient with me. He did not select any of the new openers, he waited for me to select the opener that was best for my garage door! Andrew did an excellent job with the installment of the new garage door opener!

My garage door opener broke on Sunday morning. I called Precision Garage and immediately got an appointment with a technician. Andrew McCluskey called me when he was on his way and promptly installed a brand new garage door opener and explained everything to me. He was very polite and professional.
