We had Taylor from Precision Door identify and replace our garage door motor (lift master), spring and replace the rubber on bottom of door. He was fantastic!! Knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Great quote for all that we had done! Fixed it same day! Precision is lucky to have him as a technician! I would recommend Precision on his work alone.

Called Precision at around 11:00 this morning. Garage door was stuck about 3/4 down in the closed position. Said they could send someone between 12 and 2. Eric Bartow arrived around 12:30. Turns out our door which was installed by another company was not installed properly and we were on borrowed time. Eric took the time to explain what was wrong with the installation and what needed to be done to correct it. Given what was broken with the door everything Eric said made sense. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision and Eric to anyone in need of garage door repair.

I recently had my cable on my garage door snap, so I read reviews on Google and selected Precision Garage doors of Delaware based on the high ratings and positive reviews. I am glad that I did, as I have had a positive experience from start to finish. They scheduled me as quickly as possible and let me know when the technician would be coming and sent a picture of Jorge Creech. He called when he was 30 minutes away to let me know when he would be arriving, which was well within the timeframe I was given. He quickly assessed the issue and told me that he would be putting in the order for the new hardware and garage door. I receive an email from the company that it would be 4 weeks before their warehouse received the garage door and that they would be installing it within a week of receipt. After the installation was scheduled, I received an email informing me when the technician would be coming and then sent me a picture of Dylan Younger who also arrived well within the range that was given and who also called me while en route. He worked very hard and made sure that everything was perfect and that I was completely satisfied. I appreciate the communication from the company emails and the calls from the techs and how thorough Dylan was. The garage door looks great from the inside and outside, and a neighbor has already asked what company I used!

We called Precision on Monday and explained the issue. They scheduled us immediately for Tuesday between 8 am and 10 am. Our technician came on Tuesday morning at 8 am to find out why the garage door wouldnt respond and what the problem is. Richie was our specialist. He was outstanding. He explained everything and what the cost was to do the work. We had to get a new motor because the one installed by our builder was garbage. Richie was patient, took care of everything and made sure we could use our smart devices. He installed everything and the installation was neat and clean, and he was great. Thank you Precision Door and thank you to Richie. You are a great technician Richie.

Just received an estimate from Precision on a new garage door and opener. Prior to the appointment, I received a phone call, a text massage and an email alerting me of Tims arrival. There was even a picture of Tim that made me feel more comfortable. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and, within 30 minutes, I had a full quote with a number of options for my garage

Eric Bartow was our technician. Up front about everything. We thought we were only getting a new belt drive. But our garage door was almost 20 years old. They don't replace old belts. So we went with a new opener. Yes, their price is high. But I'm 100 percent sure if we have a problem with the opener, they will come ASAP.
