Trevor installed our door in the fall. In December one of our remot s stopped working. Trevor came and reprogrammed it. Then a few days ago they both stopped working. Trevor returned this am and reprogrammed one and gave us a new one, too. Trevor is polite, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him solve our problem, again. I had my garage door replaced by Precision Door about 3 years ago. The technician who installed it was polite, knowledgeable and was wonderful in explaining what he was doing and why. The door started having closing issues this past week, so I called them - the technician, Taylor, came out the very next day, communicating with me when he was on his way and another text when he arrived. Precision sent me a text with Taylor's picture so I could make sure it was a technician from their company. Taylor listened to the issue and went to work. He had the door adjusted within 30 minutes, and didn't hesitate to explain to me what had been the issue. The adjustment was covered under my warranty, no questions asked. I would highly recommend them!!

Technician Richard Armbruster came out, assessed our "original" garage door and mechanicals, provided options and thoroughly explained what each option would entail/cost. Our garage door was groaning and squealing so loud that you could hear it to the end of our neighborhood street! Richard had all equipment on the vehicle and replaced what we agreed to replace in less than 2 hours. Now our new equipment is as quiet as a whisper, works perfectly and is under a multi-year warranty. Made an appointment for Saturday so I could be home. Trevor called in advance to inform me that he was on his way. Trevor was friendly, professional, and neatly went about his work. I suspected my issue was a broken tension spring, and Trevor verified my suspicions. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Although a little pricier than I thought it would be, I now have a much better system than before that should last. Plus, I have a 5-year warranty. In 2021 Precision of DE installed our " LiftMaster" garage door opener. Until recently the opener has worked well. Recently the Garage door open would not stay closed and would bounce back open. So I did the basic check to make sure the sensors were not blocked nor the door track nor any other mechanical element. Unfortunately there was no obvious issue for this homeowner and no immediate solution. I called Precision Door of Delaware, the original installers, and Ashley set me up with an appointment for the next day !!! Remarkable and appreciated. A very polite and informative technician, Matthew came and resolved the issue quickly. He discussed/ informed me about various aspects of the LiftMaster warranty and their Precision garage door service company. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them! My finders are crossed that the operation of the Lift Master's problem was solved! Matthew, of course, said if a problem re-surfaced to call them back!
