We called Precision on Monday and explained the issue. They scheduled us immediately for Tuesday between 8 am and 10 am. Our technician came on Tuesday morning at 8 am to find out why the garage door wouldnt respond and what the problem is. Richie was our specialist. He was outstanding. He explained everything and what the cost was to do the work. We had to get a new motor because the one installed by our builder was garbage. Richie was patient, took care of everything and made sure we could use our smart devices. He installed everything and the installation was neat and clean, and he was great. Thank you Precision Door and thank you to Richie. You are a great technician Richie.

Just received an estimate from Precision on a new garage door and opener. Prior to the appointment, I received a phone call, a text massage and an email alerting me of Tims arrival. There was even a picture of Tim that made me feel more comfortable. He arrived promptly on the agreed upon time and, within 30 minutes, I had a full quote with a number of options for my garage

Eric Bartow was our technician. Up front about everything. We thought we were only getting a new belt drive. But our garage door was almost 20 years old. They don't replace old belts. So we went with a new opener. Yes, their price is high. But I'm 100 percent sure if we have a problem with the opener, they will come ASAP.

Taylor and Tony performed in a very professional and friendly manner. It was incredible how smoothly the installation went. They were both very courteous, and walked me through all the programming steps. Based solely on their work ethics, I will never recommend another garage door company to anyone. I called this morning and said I had a broken spring and could not open my garage door. Richard Armbruster came out an hour later and had the parts he needed on the truck and had it fixed with bigger springs an hour later! Very impressive company from the initial phone call to the job completion.

Precision Garage Door of Delaware is exceptional. After being stood up by two other companies it was an instant pleasure to have a company with good honest communication, feedback and follow up. We received reminders prior to the appointment, follow up calls to insure the service information was correct, and texts the day of with arrival time and photo and information on our repair person. Trevor was on time, friendly, professional and informative. He examined the situation and explained everything with the issues and possible solutions. He repaired and upgraded the system and made it work better than it had ever worked before. It was very apparent that previous repair had obviously cut corners after the improvements and repairs by Trevor. We highly recommend Precision and Trevor. Every contact was top notch professional. Im sure youll get quality service from any of their staff.

Assessed the setup and didnt try to oversell. Two hours later and we were all set. Very professional and knowledgeable. Tech was Bob. Highly recommend.
