My technician called and gave me his ETA and he was right on time. He was courteous, personable and professional. He explained what the problem was in a matter of minutes. We were very pleased that you had availablity to come to our home on July 3, the day after our garage door broke. Our installer, Trevor, was wonderful and was very effiicient. Unfortunately, the garage door opener that was installed was defective and stopped working within 24 hours. We placed a call on the 4ht of July and was able to get Trevor back to the house on July 5th. He determined that the unit was defective and replaced it for us. He was very courteous, professional and apologetic for the situation. Overall, we were very pleased with your service and would absolutely recommend your company. I contacted Precision Garage Door because my door would not open. I was able to receive same day service. The technician that came out was Richard Clemente. I couldn't be happier with the results. Richard was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the exact cause of the issue. He provided a transparent quote, was very professional and completed the repairs to a very high standard. It is rare to find a contractor who respects your time and property this much. My Garage Door needed to be replaced as it had some defects from when I bought my house and the builder indicated the I must have damaged it - 5 years later the I had the springer broke and I decided to replace the defective garage as well. I contacted Precision. Walter arrived promptly for my appointment time and explained several options for the garage door plus new springs, cables etc. He was very professional and courteous. I took about 3 weeks before the Door came in and Bryan was the installer who was also very professional and courtesy. It was excellent work. I had a slight issue two weeks later and contacted them again - when my door would not close - Walter - arrived about 2 hours after I called to report the issue, he corrected the issue within 5 minutes as it was the safety sensors that needed to be tightened and aligned. Excellent workmanship as well as professionalism Highly recommended this team

You probably wonder what on earth an Angel would have to do with servicing a garage door problem. Taylor was very prompt, he called before arriving to say he'll be here in 10mins. I had a problem with my garage door not opening with the handheld remote. Precision has been exclusively my go-to for garage door service for years. Most recently, they've installed two new openers for me in the past three years (one for each door). At first, I was a little disappointed in the limited selection of units they made available for installation, and their pricing is on the mid-to-high side, but that seems to be because they only deal in higher-end equipment. Normally, I'm a "best-price-wins" shopper, but Precision offers so much in the way of service, quality, follow-up, timeliness, and responsiveness that it more than makes up for the few extra dollars I might have put out. They are always very courteous, professional, and helpful. And they have always responded to me and been able to service my doors/door openers within 2 days of my request - usually within one day! The staff, from the phone service to the technicians to the management, is extremely friendly and professional, while also being extraordinarily knowledgeable and efficient. I almost didn't want to call them for my recent repair because I figured it was tool menial of a job and it would be to expensive. They worked with me to figure out a way to cover the service, and I am, once again, extremely happy with their service and the results.
