In 2021 Precision of DE installed our " LiftMaster" garage door opener. Until recently the opener has worked well. Recently the Garage door open would not stay closed and would bounce back open. So I did the basic check to make sure the sensors were not blocked nor the door track nor any other mechanical element. Unfortunately there was no obvious issue for this homeowner and no immediate solution. I called Precision Door of Delaware, the original installers, and Ashley set me up with an appointment for the next day !!! Remarkable and appreciated. A very polite and informative technician, Matthew came and resolved the issue quickly. He discussed/ informed me about various aspects of the LiftMaster warranty and their Precision garage door service company. I am very pleased with their service and recommend them! My finders are crossed that the operation of the Lift Master's problem was solved! Matthew, of course, said if a problem re-surfaced to call them back!

I had to call you folks to fix my control box which would not allow me to open the garage door. This past January 2026 I had to invest in a new garage door opener which is a Genie. I purchased the top of the line with a lifetime warranty which is the way to go if you should have a problem down the line. Yesterday, the door would not open with the new control box that was installed in January 2026. I called Precision explained my situation and they came today to fix the problem. Tim Strauss was the Technician who replaced the control box and made sure it was up and running. I really appreciated the fast response and very courteous.

Precision had installed a new Liftmaster opener last year. During this past year, the door itself started showing its age. So, I called Precision for a service call. Precision quickly scheduled a service call, Called me in advance of arrival and was on time. The Technician was wonderfully knowledgeable and fixed my problem. In addition, I ordered a new door because of the current ones age and excessive wear. The Tech was most helpful and professional. I give this company 5 stars for its professionalism. My experience was exactly like all the positive reviews I have read. After making the appointment ( which was actually next day ) I received confirmations and the tech called when on his way. Bob Strauss showed up on time. He was courteous and professional. He explained everything needed and after giving me the estimate which I approved he went to work completing the job in about 2.5 hours. I was happy he had all the parts and tools needed to to the job. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why. I highly recommend Bob and Precision Garage Door. Thanks Bob!

I have seen Precision Door advertised thru social media and Television but never had a need until recently. I had heard a grinding noise recently and scheduled Precision Door. While the grinding noise had went away it was a good thing I kept the appointment. The Technician identified frayed balance cables which would have broken very soon. The Technician performed a thorough inspection, explained his findings and provided me 4 cost options to address the issue. On top of that, all parts were stocked on the service van and he was immediately ready to repair the door. This is how all visits with repair service should be. Know your craft and work the problem efficiently. The Technician (Taylor) was well prepared, knowledgable, and equipped. Great work by Precision and Taylor. Will certainly use again.

Travis Kalista arrived within two hours of our service call and got everything working on our old doors but suggested that our 12+ year old system could be replaced and work better. He returned the next day and replaced and programmed two new garage door openers and all supporting hardware. The new system is much smoother and quieter than the old system and has new features that the old system did not. He did a great job on a timely basis and was very patient and helpful in showing us the new features.

My garage door did not open this morning. I called precision door at 8:30 am, was very professionally greeted on the phone. The young lady that took the call, arranged an appointment the same morning. With our service tech, Trevor Kalista. He arrived within the specified timeframe. After performing a safety evaluation of the door, Trevor presented me with three options. We chose to replace all of the parts, including the motor. Trevor started the job and completed the repair within two hours. He then reviewed the system so that we were made thoroughly informed. Trevor is truly an outstanding worker and a credit to the company. I would recommend both Trevor Kalista and Precision Garage Doors for their excellent customer service.

Precision Garage Door installed two new garage doors with openers in Sept 2024. We had a great experience working with them in selecting them and then having them installed. My new car would not sync to the garage door opener. I had followed directions and even returned to the dealership to have and watch the salesman sync it. No luck. after month of struggling with it I called Precision. I got an appointment for the following day. Jorge called in advance as promised, showed up within the promised time frame and quickly accomplished the task. I am impressed and thrilled.

Made an appointment for Saturday so I could be home. Trevor called in advance to inform me that he was on his way. Trevor was friendly, professional, and neatly went about his work. I suspected my issue was a broken tension spring, and Trevor verified my suspicions. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. Although a little pricier than I thought it would be, I now have a much better system than before that should last. Plus, I have a 5-year warranty. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door repairs.
