It was easy to request a visit on the website for the next day on the night the garage door spring was broken. Their technician Jorge saw the broken spring and also checked the rest of the components and then explained the several options for maintenance that were required. He finished in hours and we had a working garage door again. Simple, convenient and no drama.

A year ago I had a broken spring on my garage door. The tech from Precision Door came and expertly fixed and repaired / replaced parts after fully explaining all options available. I had to replace the door opener (a Chamberlain) 2 days ago and ran into a couple of problems with the new unit. Note I am a retired engineer and have installed / replaced several door openers during my 72 years. This new opener gave me a couple of fits adjusting the up and down limits and erroring out. I finally called Precision Door to look at it and see what I did wrong. The tech - Fito, came and inspected the previous door repairs and the new replacement opener. I felt like a fool when he ran it and it worked without a problem. We discussed what might have been wrong and why it started working fine. Since the door had been refurbished by Precision I was not charged even for a service call. I appreciate a company that stands behind their work and would gladly recommend them. P.S. Fito left with a couple bottles of cold water and fresh baked cookies.

I had problems with the garage door and they quickly answered the phone and provided next day service which worked perfectly. Technician Eric Barton was professional and highly qualified. Checked everything and repaired. I also wanted a keypad which he had all necessary equipped in the truck to installed and setup. Pricing was reasonable and provided future recommendations and maintenance information and suggested materials I should use to maintain track. Overall, very happy with the company and their service providers . Quality is priceless!

Dylan and Josh were absolutely wonderful installing new garage doors on an older home. It was tricky, but they were very creative and engineered an excellent solution. They were so professional and cleaned up the garage before they completed the job at 9:30 on a Friday night. They explained all the technology and went over how to keep the doors in good shape. They called with an arrival time, and worked diligently the entire day. They were a great team and very personable. The entire office was so helpful in scheduling a new installation. When Bryan came out to give an estimate, the old garage doors were shaking due to the wind, and he spent an hour of his time trying to secure them. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them.

We had used a garage repair in 2013 (turns out it was PRECISION). My husband was sick for 3 years and could not get outside. Sadly he passed away in 2025. Handle on my garage door has been broke for some time and had been putting it off. Thinking, if this thing breaks, I am "screwed" (sorry). Trevor and Jesse showed up in the time frame given, and went right to work checking the problem. Turns out the "hardware" is part that comes with each door. Mine could not be repaired. I had told them in the beginning I don't want a new door -- but either way it need to be fixed. So a new door it is. Thanks for being part of the Delmarva community and for showing up. New door should take about 3-4 weeks and installation would be (1 guy) about 1 day. THANKS AGAIN, Sharon Bienicewicz

One of my cables that connects the door to the springs had broken and Bob Strauss replaced both of my cables. However, I thought $280.00 just to replace both cables was a little high since it only took about half an hour.

Preface: I emailed business twice before posting hoping for a response. None received. I emphasize I was satisfied with technicians work, alerts of appointment, and final product. Did not appreciate other aspects as stated below. This is my opinion and may not apply to anyone else. Just how I feel about my experience. I would have loved a response from them. Thought I would e-mail before writing review. Tim was very good, prompt, professional, and quick. I broke my own rule of not getting three estimates. After some research I must say you are on the higher end of the range as another reviewer also stated. I didn’t appreciate Tim saying he forgot to tell me about the 3% charge for credit card when I handed it to him at the end. Sorry this is a personal view but I was in retail for 40 years and always accepted that as cost of doing business as hard as it is. I never do business with any establishment that does this and I would not have if Tim told me that in the beginning when he should have. Also, he handed me a can of lubricant that I assumed was part of a $835 service and this was the least expensive choice to replace torsion springs. The next two services were for $1300 and $1800 to basically replace all parts. I didn’t notice til I saw an invoice e-mailed to me after he left that it was $25 (I can buy it on Amazon for under $10) or I would have refused it. He should have told me it was an extra charge. Need to be a little more upfront or provide invoice before payment not just a total quote on an iPad. I can’t say I am happy and it has left a very bad taste. Very disappointed no one could take the time to respond to my e-mails to answer my concerns. Again, work was fine. Would just suggest getting several estimates and a printed invoice before you pay.

We had a garage door installed 5 years ago by Precision. Installation was a breeze. Fast forward to this past weekend my wife had noticed a grinding sound coming for one side of the door. I was surprised because I keep the door lubricated to keep it moving freely. I contacted Precision and spoke with Ashley. After reviewing all of the paperwork, Taylor, one of Precision's techs, was at our house the next afternoon in the slotted time allowed. Taylor listened about our issue and he got to work. There was an issue with a left bearing support that needed to be adjusted and reinforced. Taylor also verified the total operation of the door as well. When he was done we found there wasn't any charge for the service due to the parts coverage and warranty. Tyalor was spot on, friendly, and knowledgable. This is why I would highly recommend Precision for all of you garage door needs. You don't find a quaility company like Precision around much anymore. Many thanks to The Precision Team.

Today was the second time I have used Precision Garage door service in the past two years. If I was not pleased with the service the first time, I would not have called for the second service. The service representative, Matthew Taylor, was on time, very professional and diagnosed the issue with my garage door right away. He did not try to pressure me to use his company to fix the issues but assured me that if I decided to use their company to fix the issues with the garage door, they would be more than happy to help.
