I had used Garage Door Openers of Delaware five years ago for the same problem of my second door opener going completely dead. If you know what a pain in the neck it is to have to manually open and close the door every time, you want service fast, if not sooner. I called and talked to a real person, who was more than super nice and said they could come this same day between 2 and 6 pm. I made the appointment. Fito Louise called me two hours earlier than the scheduled time and said he could come right over. He arrived, like they said , in the marked company truck, in a company uniform and wasted no time in installing the garage door opener in less than an hour total. Fito even programmed two vehicle's remote door openers plus set all the passwords. Needless to say, I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors of Delaware and. most definitely recommend the technician Fito Louise.

I found out about you from my son who had a new door installed new construction. Your company was easy to get an appointment. Receive a text and email when technician was on way. Upon meeting Jesse, he was professional and provided me with different alternatives of what was needed. He installed a new motor and provided me with directions on the new keypad, new garage door opener and how to do the MyQ app. Great experience and will have him come back soon to install new opener for the other garage door. I set this appointment up on Sat for Monday 2-6pm. Richard Armbruster was here Monday at 2pm! What I liked the most is Precision Door sent me a text with my technician’s name and photograph so that I knew who was come. He looked at the door, discussed the problem and the age of the door. Left everything up to me on what I wanted done. He fixed the door and was finished in 1/2 hr. He also programmed my door in my new Jeep! I will be buying a new door for the garage in 2027 and will be buying it from Precision!

I called for service on a Saturday, Taylor was on site and completed the repairs by 9:30 am on Sunday. There was no premium charge for the weekend work. I was given a number of options to choose from. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive overhaul. I received advance notice of his arrival via text and E-Mail which included the techs' name and picture. All aspects of this service were professional and courteous from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. I've run construction projects over he past 30+ years and if I wasn't retired, I would be adding them to my "A" list. Thank you Precision, Rich

I called Precision when the chain on my old garage door opener broke. Jesse Johnson, the Precision technician, shared with me the benefits of replacing the old opener with a new LiftMaster 6690L. He provided various options that met my requirements and budget. He had the equipment needed on his truck to install the new belt-driven LiftMaster on the spot. I am very pleased with the new garage door opener. A solid and reasonably priced upgrade. Jesse was very professional and helpful. He knows he craft and takes pride in his work. I strongly recommend Precision and I commend Jesse for doing a great job.

Kudos to Precision and to Jesse Johnson, the technician sent to repair our garage door that stopped working thanks to a couple of broken cables and other issues. At our request, Richie provided an equipment estimate for the builder-grade system installed two years ago in our newly built home. While the current system is functional and without issue at the moment, we have reservations about its long-term durability given the lower quality grade. What we appreciated most was Richie’s candor and experience. Based on today’s appointment, we are evaluating the written estimate he provided, which will likely lead to an upgrade in the near future. Company needs to work on efficiency, I set up an appointment on 7/31 for 8/10, however, no one show up. When I called to find out what was going on I was told that they did not have an appointment for me, the individual insulted my intelligence by asking if I called the correct number, then she proceeded to tell me my appointment was on 8/6, however, she was completely wrong because that appointment she was looking at was last year 2025 appointment. I requested to speak to the manager and she connected me with a supervisor, I advised that I still wanted to speak with the manager. Justin Bahr, the manager did not have the decency to call me back yesterday or today. After the service today I received an e-mail from Brandon Falone, president of the company, thanking me for the business, In that e-mail he indicated the following. "Please feel free to comment on the quality of our technicians, and your overall experience. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation." Best Wishes, Brandon Falone, President So I called to speak with him as he suggested before writing a negative review, that was a joke instead I was passed off to the customer experience and dispatch staff member, never able to speak to him directly, even though I indicated that I had received an email from him. That individual indicated that he would look into the situation, but I probably won't hear back from him either. Now I realize that mistake can happen, but this is not the first time I have had a problem with scheduling and no one showing up or a different technician (I request the same technician all the time). I have dealt with the company for 10 consecutive years, the technician is excellent, no problem with him, he is very professional and does a great job. My complaint is the efficiency of the office as I first stated. Also that fact that I was not given the opportunity to speak with the president per his recommendation.

Richard Armbruster from Precision Garage Door arrived at my home in Bear Trap Ocean View DE , evaluated my garage, replaced the motor and springs. The people from Precision are all courteous and professional, but the technician who installed my garage door, Bryan Berger, has performed an outstanding job. The door frame of my 124 years old garage was crooked and he spent long time to make the adjustments needed to install the door properly and with no visible gaps. It was easy to request a visit on the website for the next day on the night the garage door spring was broken. Their technician Jorge saw the broken spring and also checked the rest of the components and then explained the several options for maintenance that were required. He finished in hours and we had a working garage door again. Simple, convenient and no drama.
